"Very nice hotel but the hotel staff is not cooperative.. Second bad experience with uncooperative customer service.."

"The hotel's room facilities are just average, similar to the domestic all-seasons or above. The room is equipped with the most basic toothbrush, the shower is very average, and the hot water is unstable, but the scenery of the hotel is really good. The shopping mall is downstairs, and the hotel's dedicated elevator can go directly to it. The infinity pool is also good. Opposite the hotel is the famous Four Seasons Hotel, which definitely has better scenery, but the price is expensive, more than three times that of this hotel. I think the breakfast is not bad. The scenery of the breakfast room is also good, located on the first floor. In addition to the gym, there is also a laundry room and a swimming pool on the second floor. The main window is dedicated to the scenery area. The overall service is still good."

"Very convenient hotel. It's literally in the airport after you go through security so it's perfect if you have an overnight layover like me. It's a tiny room but they have managed to fit in so many amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, foldable, wall-mounted table and a tv to name a few. I also like how modern the decor is too."

"The staff was really professional and very helpful the location was great we had a room with see view the pool was nice but not so lit the room looked really nice but the furniture is really old and the room cleaning was not 100% good I found so many insects "

"Crown plaza is a very good hotel, close to the old market, mosque and national museum, and right opposite to the avenue shopping mall/Bahrain bay, also next to the World Trade Center. Hotel has 5 star service facilities and hospitality. Got free parking dine in and night club. Better than it looks anyway. Will happily stay again!!! Best food we had is the lamb rice in the spicy restaurant … yum😻"

"I enjoyed my stayed. Although I had problems with my hot water which wasn’t working and because of that instead of them fixing it, they moved me to a lesser room which was really upsetting. Even worse they gave my room to someone else when they told me I’ll be moved back to my room after a few hours once their team had finished fixing the water. I was very disappointed."

"Very nice hotel , its located in great location , you can see the bay throw your room , ots quiet and 5 star furnished rooms , the check in team are fast and helpfull , i thanks mr.ali , bahraini citizen who works in the hotel for his kindness .. Very nice hotel and the price also is the best I recomend this hotel for families.."

"All was perfect!!! Beautiful and luxurious design. Caring service and staff. Especially 2 ladies in garden lounge at GY floor. Also food there was a delicious! Amazing facilities for adults and kids . Rooftop Swimming pool stunning. Definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Bahrain. We had a great weekend. Thank you !
