"This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

"I was on holiday in November alone with a German woman in a hotel, the hotel is empty, breakfasts are very meager, egg, cheese, half a cucumber and tomato, bread, coffee without milk. No fruit, no sausage, no omelettes.
No cleaning for 4 days, I asked for a mop and washed the floors in the room and on the balcony myself, everything is black.
The rooms are good, spacious, twelve TV channels, there is air conditioning for free, the Internet is weak, but it is in the room.
There is hot water, the view from the balcony is on Eftalia, the sea is a minute away.
To extend the room for 10 hours - they asked 20 euros, although in other three-star hotels they ask 10 euros."

"The hotel is located on the second row. The magnificent Cleopatra beach and the sea are only a 5-minute walk away, and you can make money on the hotel’s own beach. Hotels, caves, towers, promenades, museums, markets all attractions within 10 minutes. Hotel service is very good. The staff is very nice. Ordinary food, trying to diversify something. The waiters are very friendly and attentive and everything is fine. Each room has a balcony. The whole hotel is very convenient and comfortable, with swimming pool, Turkish bath, and extra money in the evening after a 2-day concert. The disadvantage is that the room is very small and all soap and soap accessories are gone. For 4, this is the negative sign."

"The room size is OK. The waiter is not so diligent in cleaning the room, but it is still very clean once it is cleaned. The food is very tasty, there are many fruits, and hot water is available at any time. It is on the beach and close to the landing field. The exchange rate of the hotel is better than that of the airport."

"The rooms were clean, the hotel's location, the pool, the food was all four-quarters. It is recommended. I hope that the business will fix them. For example, they left water in the room the first day after they had not been given water there were no single use sweaters in the rooms. That was very good. Thank you"

Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing
Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices
Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour.
Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning.
As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars.
We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

PparthIt’s best place to live near by Beach area . All hotel staff is very nice. People are very helpful here as well as they have the restaurants and the food I said the best I find here in Alanya it’s definitely suggest for solo Traveler as well as it’s a family friendly hotel also located near to the sea just two or three minute walk, they provide best service. I love the place and I’m definitely going to revisit Alanya then I’m going to stay here.

AAndrey DyatkovA good hotel in Alania, it can be said that it is a four but with a mistake that is in Alania. Normal breakfast. Good location close to the beach and to the main center(I think it is a starbucks). WiFi works well. There is a gym, but a scarce. The rooms are big. There is another cool chip: this is a view of the sea and... the cemetery) you can look at the sunset and sunset of any life. We didn't mind:)

ООлеся ВладимировнаLast year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

Ttareki booked an apartment ”as they said” for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.

MMashaKashaThis hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

CCanselWe felt very comfortable in the hotel and the location is really perfect. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and kiosks nearby and the hotel is 100m from the beach. It is also about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The spa area is also really good and you can book great massages and a hammam. The food is very varied and OK. Really optimal for the price. All the staff were super nice and very accommodating. The room is a bit small, we would have liked to have had towels in the bathroom for washing our hands, which we missed. The pool times were also very limited, but overall everything was really nice.
