Hotel is clean and simple. The bathroom is a bit small to put a bath tub in it. The gym is free to use. Would book again

Beautiful hotel in Algeciras close to everything one would desire. Shops bars pubs clubs and a decent array of restaurants seafood etc. our hotel room was very nice and modern plentiful to say the least. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would highly recommended booking here.

One of the worst places in Spain. Window frames are broken, so you sleep with open windows. Very noisy. A lot of strange, old smell in the room, you can't even bare this smell. Including smell of towels and bed linens. Very poor breakfast.

We had booked the wrong size of apar**ent in error and they managed to accommodate us with an extra room which was helpful. The hotel is in a good location and there are shops nearby if you want to use your self-catering facilities. The port is not far away either. In terms of the self-catering there can be (but check what you are getting!) washing machines, microwaves, cookers etc. The car parking is very secure in that you need a member of staff to let you in and out. On arrival, stop outside and go to reception to get assistance for this. The only issue was you did feel like you could be potentially annoying each time you wanted to take the car out and in. However, the did always look patient!

Quick 1 night stay in a 2 bedroom family room before taking the ferry to Morocco. The room was excellent size, clean and well decorated. The room also had a washer/dryer which was handy. It's not a close walk to the port or bus depot. Algeciras has limited taxi vans meaning if your party is more than 4 people you need to book 2 taxis.

Not what we had expected, the breakfast is NOT worth to pay for. WIFI worked the first evening after that it wasn´t working in the room we got got compensated with to bottles of water at checkout......

The hotel is very nice.. the staffs are friendly they entertain the guest very well and assist..very nice rooms the toilet is clean.. the bar is very nice..breakfast is verygood,lunch is verygood, dinner also is verygood..

Mercure hotel is one of the best hotel located in the center of Algeciras in my experience they serve very good during my stay in the hotel.their breakfast,lunch and dinner is very nice.the people in reception are very approachable.

Very good and very kind people,nice accomodation,good view in room,good foods and drinks,have a beautiful mini ****** that we can play while waiting for my colleagues to visit.has a beautiful surroundings with fresh air.

I stayed two nights at this property in a large room on the seventh floor with a living area with kitchen, sofa and desk, sleeping area, bathroom and terrace. It's a shame that some guests had smoked heavily and therefore the pillows also released a smell. I don't know who could have conceived the idea of ​​a bathroom with the toilet placed in a narrow corner in front of the sink! Anyone who is at least chubby or a pregnant woman definitely can't use it. The really sore point however was the breakfast. The tables are cleared and cleaned after a very long time after use, the fabric chairs are full of stains, there are no spoons and I'm still waiting for the scrambled egg and bacon requested from the girl in the dining room after they were finished. Well below the Accor standard!

Tengo a precisare che siamo clienti abituali della catena Accor e quindi ci appare evidente che questo hotel NON è nato come Mercure , ma lo é diventato per cambio di gestione. Belle camere, grandi, con angolo cucina completo di tutto, ma poi manca la cassaforte (!) e se lasciate a terra degli asciugamani, invece di cambiarli li rimettono a posto ... Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane molto buono.
