Nice hotel and nice staff. Hotel is very clean and comfortable

If you are driving by yourself, I highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to stop and rest along the way. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was average. There are delicious food and Carrefour supermarket in the small town about 3/4 kilometers away. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. I didn't give it five points mainly because of the location of the hotel. I don't recommend going there if you don't drive.

It was very clean and the employees were very attentive. We liked the restaurant and the hotel very much.

It's a good hotel. It's friendly and clean. The breakfast has room for improvement. The lack of exercise facilities is a bit of a drawback, but the other strengths make up for it. I'm also a bit dissatisfied with the lack of a bathtub.

It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth… The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back to the room at 4.40 pm and the room still hasn’t been cleaned… rooms should be cleaned in the morning… The staff in the restaurant has added a few items to our bill which we didn’t order, I had to complain and check each bill afterwards… breakfast is not fresh and compared to other hotels in the town of very poor quality. We were very disappointed as we stayed in that hotel 18 months earlier and the quality and service has declined dramatically since then… there are better hotels in town at comparable prices. Wi-fi is very weak and keeps disconnecting… Food in the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced - that’s the only good thing about that hotel.

Reception was acceptable. And room was clean. Hotel’s Staff doesn’t speak english. There was no flat sheet in the bed. Only a fitted sheet and a blanket. Dinner was terrible. I have been sick during the night (chicken not well cooked). For the breakfast buffet, nothing “occidental”. No “english breakfasts” and no cereals (other than coco pops and sugar crisp for kids). Waiters/waitresses ignored us except to clean the table… even when we were not finished, Small parking was full… we had to park in the street. Very disappointing for a Ramada.

A great place to stay- staff, service, the comfort and the town all made for a great visit.

Staff were fabulous, especially at check in desk & especially Ibrihim who was so accommodating and absolutely fantastic

Nice room, very disappointing lobby, too small, no space to relax. Great restaurant service by Murat! Room after taking shower got so hot and steamy - no working AC, not possible to open the window… overall very disappointing. Nearby Hilton has amazing, big lobby, we will be back to Hampton by Hilton.

We like that it was in a peaceful area. It wasn’t noisy, overcrowded and there were places to walk to enjoy.

The staff is friendly and caring. There are no balconies in the rooms. It would be nice if there were at least one or two balconies on each floor. It would be better if there was solid soap in the rooms. Overall we were satisfied

They definitely have very successful reception staff. Breakfast and service in general are good. The hotel with the best price quality ratio in Aliağa. Close to the sea, rooms are clean. I like it a lot.
