We would absolutely recommend the Chateau Moncton when visiting the Bay of Fundy area. Although the front desk said we could watch the Tidal Bore from the wonderful, riverside deck, we were able to watch the river at high tide from our Riverview room. However, the conditions apparently weren't perfect for the 'show' but we did watch the tide ebb and flow - outstanding! Additionally, the staff were always helpful and the cleanliness and comfort of our room, perfect! Breakfast was above standard and plentiful. A five-star stay in our opinion!

everything about the hotel was good except NO SERVICE including no making up room. The manager on duty on July18 at 530 pm greeted me with attitude saying IT IS WHAT IT IS My complaint is that we were not told in advance and at $ 300 a night I want my room to be cleaned and the bed made or given a reduction in price .We will not stay at this site again

The hotel is new, very clean and the service is perfect. The employees are welcome and very well trained. We will return to it during our next trips to Moncton and the surroundings. Good choice quality/price for this city

The first time I lived in Hyatt, I was very impressed, very clean, the staff was professional and enthusiastic, and hot water, coffee and tea were supplied 24 hours a day, which solved the big problem of hot water, and there was Starbucks downstairs. Personal preference reasons, I don't like to roll the quilt with a layer of sheets, but most hotels abroad are like this
