"A nice cosy hotel but the heart attack came during check out as I was charged the full amount of the stay when I had paid in full. After clarifying with Trip, they actually charging for pre-authorization charge which I was not informed during check-in."
"Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff.
Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!!
The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…"

"The hotel is clean and spacious. I store my bag and I can rest assured that I store it in a key room. Early check-in should be $40, but I just left my luggage and went to Disneyland and checked in at 11:55. The meal is on the 5th floor, but the omelette and the soup were delicious :) It was a bit far from Disneyland, but it was okay to walk around and there were many people in front of the road at night."
"Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there.
Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience."
"The facilities are complete, and the rooms are relatively spacious, making it easy to buy vegetables and cook. It's not bad for a family to stay for two days during the trip and take a break."
"I really appreciate Elizabeth and Miguel at the front desk. They were AWESOME! There was a little hiccup at checkin but they were able to clear it up and help us to our room. We really appreciate the kindness, effort and professionalism.
Trip.com was also awesome! I called trip.com’s 24/7 service and didn’t expect to get a person but they picked up immediately and called the hotel immediately to clear everything up. It is our first time using trip.com. We will definitely use the service again.
We needed a place to stay the night so didn’t spend much time in the room. It is a hotel room with the necessary amenities for a nights stay. That was all we needed. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again."
"Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too
Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had
Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland
This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend
It.

"The swimming pool is quite good, but the service is average. We clearly asked them to clean it on the third day, but they didn't do it all day. When we came back at around 5 o'clock, we went to find them and they were very unhappy. They said they were off work and asked us to throw away the garbage ourselves. What's the big deal?
However, I still like the style of this hotel. The hotels near the park are crowded, but this hotel is very spacious and the yard is also very comfortable."

GGuest UserRoom is big and comfortable. Had good nights sleep. Bathroom is pretty well-designed too. Only gripe is the lack of variety for breakfast. There are many options that are nearer to Disneyland (and possibly much cheaper) but recommend to stay here if comfort is a priority.
ZZHUThe transit stop of the No. 1 road is self-driving. Later, I thought about it. I should have a foot on the door and book a hotel with a beach. Overall the location is very convenient, the hotel environment is also good, parking is free, there is a small bathtub, there is a gym, there is a swimming pool, there is a laundry room, laundry / drying clothes for 30 minutes, each 2 knife (calculated), the room is big enough, breakfast 15 Knife (sleeping too far to eat). It takes about 10 minutes to drive out for dinner.
GGuest UserHotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.
GGuest UserIf you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily.
Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.
GGuest UserI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.
HhzdypVery nice hotel. Overall, it is one of the better ones I have stayed in. I like the breakfast very much. There is coffee available 24 hours a day. I think it is really great. I will choose this place next time.
LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
GGuest UserThe Anaheim Convention and Exhibition Center is very close and can be walked. Disney/or the location is very good for meetings. For other requirements of the motel, don’t have too high expectations😄
MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
CCoach JanineGood value for the price. Big bed, nice personnel and the ATM is convenient. The staff recommends to not walk around in the neighborhood at night but to rather use an Uber.
