A pullout couch (into a queen bed), living room, kitchen, dining room, and WC are all located on the first floor for easier accessibility. There are steps at both entrances, so the house is not easily accessible for people with limited mobility. We’ve got baby gear as well! We offer a pack and play, some small games, gates, and a high chair. We have LOADS of games, so you’re covered on those rainy days AND the sunny ones. We’re in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that you keep the noise down at night, and move inside after dark. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with a shower installed. We have a step and a seat for people to use to swing their feet in, but it is more difficult to get into than a traditional shower. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in our home. If damage due to smoking is found, there will be a fee to cover costs, up to $1,500 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
