Nice place, beautiful setting, but very poor service in all aspects. Employees are way too relaxed, requestes are simply ignored by the hotel reception, timing of responses are completely unsatisfactory. Installations are old and maintenance is inadequate. Leaking air conditioning at the Aquitania suites, old cloth at the bedrooms, towels are 10 years old. Restaurants structure is poor, particularly at the beach. Plastic chairs are broken, nearly not enough sun umbrellas, it takes forever to be served, even if you want just water. Excellent bonding experience with my kids, but definitely a hotel that needs substantial maintenance and revamp.

This hotel is run down and poor management the staff strict rules and are unwilling to accommodate any guest requests place is dirty and the food is not good, my recommendation is to go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. The decor is outdated. The location is hilly far away from restaurants and shops. This place lacks infrastructure and service

Good experience, great location, staff very friendly and helpfull, place is a little dated but still highly recommendable for a great beach in walking distance and all the amenities of a great hotel. I’d go there again for sure.

Não cumpriu nossa expectativa. Havia um grupo grande no fim de semana, então acho que por isso ficamos "num anexo" e não no prédio do Hotel. O quarto de frente para o mar, mais bem pequeno, a porta agarrando uma luta para abrir , o box precisando de uma boa limpeza, muito lodo. A ducha ainda bem ótima! Não tinha um suporte para colocar sabonete, etc... Perrengue! Por causa do grupo Sábado e Domingo (almoço), self service, médio variado e pouca reposição. Já o jantar de Domingo e o almoço na Segunda muito bom, a la carte. Café da manhã ótimo! Funcionários atenciosos, com exceção de uma garçonete que pedi cerveja e ela ficou me olhando como se eu tivesse falado grego! Resolvemos usar a piscina aquecida na Segunda pela manhã e acho que pelo pouco movimento estava desligada. Enfim, esperávamos bem mais...

Não é um resort. Os atendentes não passam todas as informações e quando passam, passam incompletas.
Não tivemos acesso a váriás comodidades por falta de informação por parte do Hotel.
Limpeza deixando muito a desejar, banheiro imundo, fronhas manchadas.
Elevadores com defeito e um QUE NÃO FUNCIONAVA,
fazendo com que o hóspede tivesse que descer pelo menos quatro lances de escadas para acesso a piscina aquecida.
Bar da piscina abandonado, sem atendente no período exposto pelo próprio hotel.
Péssima experiência.
Café da manhã gostoso, mas repito: NÃO É UM RESORT.

O valor da diária não condiz com as condições encontradas. Hotel precisando de uma reforma urgente e melhorar a limpeza. Ar condicionado com vazamento na parede, paredes sujas, com rachaduras e teias de aranha. Box com ralo entupido, muito limo nos rejuntes.
Atendimento para checkin extremamente lento, funcionário mal preparado.
É uma pena que um local com tanto potencial estar sendo tão cuidado.

Hotel bom, fica no meio de um condomínio com vários prédios de apartamentos. Vista incrível do mar de Angra e Ilha Grande. Dois problemas: - ar condicionado daqueles antigos de parede (faz um barulho ensurdecedor) e o vaso sanitário entupiu e não mandaram desentupir por 2 diárias. Como estávamos em 2 apartamentos ( conjugados) , não reclamamos mais. Café da manhã muito bom e o jantar tambem.
