酒店服務極差，這麼冷的天居然不開空調。打電話催了三次才開，開了不到三個小時又關了，晚上直接被凍醒。半夜打電話前台説是什麼空調要休息，一直到退房都沒開了。跟前台反饋，前台根本不搭理我，以後再不會去了。

這是一家老的星級酒店，但是設施設備並不陳舊。房間夠大，乾淨整潔，沒有異味。晚上還送了水果和酸奶，住的很舒服也很温馨。下次還來。

進入房間一股異味撲面而來，洗手間的水也是忽冷忽熱，房間和設施都比較陳舊了，如果還希望繼續經營，酒店管理層可以考慮重新裝修一下。早餐也比較簡單，還有提升空間。
