鉑爾曼應該是鞍山最好的酒店了吧，位置在大悦城旁邊，還有個夜市，地理位置方便。
停車免費，有保安引導，大堂有人引領，辦理入住速度很快。
房間內標準的酒店配置，衣帽間衞生間乾淨，備品充足，保潔會問號。
美中不足一點，熱水有點問題，不知道是房間的問題，還是整樓都這樣，可以用，但達不到泡澡的温度，因為沒泡澡，所以就也沒問前台。
剩下的沒什麼問題，中規中矩

房間空調聲音像拖拉機一樣，服務人員説找人來修，來了三人組，咱也不知道這個大姐是什麼領導，第一個進房間來的，口罩都不戴好，在下巴底下兜着，我看她沒戴口罩把自己口罩戴上了，她才把口罩拉上來，説話那個語氣和態度真不適合跟顧客接觸，沖她服務給一分！

第一次入住 房間硬件很一般 洗漱用品也很普通 淋浴門下面理石縫隙滲水 房間浮塵較多 牀頭櫃是黑色的 所以很明顯能看到一層 房間味道也不清新 枕頭和床墊還是蠻舒服 最值得讚的是酒店服務 前台張鵬服務熱心 專業 周到 入住和退房 都很迅速 客房服務大姐也很nice 趕上婚宴季 門前停車位非常緊張 但保安維持秩序的能力還是不錯的 態度也好 總體還是不錯的

衞生間區域的臟衣簍是細細的竹子編的，不小心底部弄漏了網站看一摸一樣的，賠償100都能接受但是前台説需要賠償200，給買一摸一樣的也不可以，必須賠償200不接受任何商量，
