Great location and easy parking. Very nice couple and room was great. Have self serve washing and dryer too. Will return again.

I really like this hotel. Although it is still far from the seaside, the car can be parked directly at the door. There is a supermarket opposite. The sky is full of stars at night. There are even ice cubes in the refrigerator. The hotel also gives away koala chocolates💫

Stayed a couple of nights at the boutique hotel which is hidden away in Apollo Bay, on the Great Ocean Road. The deal came with breakfast, which suited us and was plentiful, fresh Orange, Coffee, eggs, bacon, etc, pastries. The stayed in one of the terrace rooms, plenty of space, nice little private garden. Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom with shower only, separate toilet. Coffee, tea and milk supplied in the room, small fridge. Parking under shade right outside. Hotel 2 minutes walk from main Road, beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for short stays.

I wish I had something to compare this to in the same area but it was our first time on the Great Ocean Road. Overall, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place during the "off-season". We were here in April which is early Fall. Basically this is a group of small buildings made into cottages a block from the beach. Each one is unique I think. They made arrangements for an early check-in by leaving the keys in an envelope in the door of the office. Thank you so much! We stayed in the front cottage (I forget the name now) but it had parking, a large main room with a bed, sitting area, and a large luxurious tub which I loved using. There's a fridge, and the AC doubles as a heater which we used because we were chilly. The bed also had a heated mattress pad to turn on and make you cozy. Across the street is a supermarket where you can but all your snacks, wine, and what-have-you. Would certainly stay here again, but did notice some cottages on the beach which might beckon us to try next time? One good thing about his location is you are very near all the restaurants and cafes.

Anna and Duncan are consummate hosts and their hotel is simply fabulous. Our room had a wonderful balcony where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine. The room was amazing with a great shower but best of all a HUGE bathtub in the bedroom! Breakfast was delicious. We foolishly left our key at reception when we went out and came back to find the door locked (this was during the day!) so rang Anna who immediately told us there were staff on site and someone came and opened the door; everyone was very kind.

We stayed in a Terrace Room which was lovely with a nice small enclosed terrace, and the B&B is really close to everything. There was a dedicated parking space right outside the room which was convenient. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice.
