Very dated. Only air conditioning in bedroom and it’s a very loud old wall unit.

The view and the location is amazing, we have a beautiful sea view in our room that is the only good thing about the room. The furniture is too old ( like from 80’s) , the walls and the ceiling are with stains, the bathrooms are again old and ugly. When we open the window for fresh air, 100 mosquitoes entered our room, no protection on the window.Hotel restaurant is ok, breakfast is good, the staff in the restaurant are all friendly( difficult to find English speaking people) only one lady in reception and she is very helpful.

I'm going to start with the good, the view and the attention of all the staff, the rest is average, the beds and pillows are all terrible, they don't have air conditioning according to what it claims to be, we were in the 1 bedroom apar**ent and it had a only air, small and noisy wall, only ceiling fan downstairs, I clarify we went in a group of 4 people, it does not have a direct descent to the beach, it is 30 meters away, the beach is exploited by pseudo paradores, the hotel rents you lounge chairs and umbrellas Very cheap, the breakfast is good, it has variety but it could be better, the coffee they serve is horrible, the restaurant has good prices and good food and everything that would be the pool and games area in photos seems bigger than it is It seemed too expensive for what it is and what it offers, without a doubt we would not return, it aims to be something exclusive and it lacks a lot

Unbeatable location next to the beach, Excellent international breakfast with lots of fruit. Very good restaurant service. The attention of the reception staff is always willing to recommend where to go.

Súper recomendable, el hotel tiene lo más difícil de conseguir, calidez humana en todos sus integrantes desde administración, las chicas que atienden durante el desayuno, siempre alegres no hacen faltar nada del súper abundante desayuno, siempre con predisposición a ayudar , muy muy recomendable, la ubicación a 2 metros de la playa , muy pocas veces la realidad supera a las espectativas , este es un caso, dan muchas ganas de volver

Excelente Opcion, esta a una cuadra de la playa de Joao Fernandez y a 14 cuadras del centro Rua das Pedras. El complejo es grande tiene pendientes, pero si lo solicitas de llevan en un carrito hasta la habitacion puede tener una pendiente importante. La habitacion al menos la 903, tenia una cama matrimonial con el baño arriba y AIRE Acondicionado, Comoda la cama. Abajo tenia 3 camas mas + otro baño y la heladera u mesa. Con equipacion para comer tranquilos, o cocina algo basico ya que tenia cocina + microhondas. El unico tema pero muy importante es que abajo habia solo un ventilador de techo y pequeño entoces era muy dificil dormor a la noche. Nosotros subiamos los colchones y terminados durmiendo todos arriba. PEro bueno no es un detalle menor. Cuenta con una piscina muy linda, EL desayuno es muy completo. Te dan toallas para la playa y piscina. TE alquilan reposeras y sombirllas x 3 reales x dia. algunos dias cenamos en el Hotel el plato de pastas rondaba los 50 reales y la hamburguesa con papas los 40.

Exelente hotel. O cafe da manha poderia ser mais cedo. Limpeza e atendimento exelente.

Hotel para ir en Familia , la atención del personal de servicio y garzones excelente siempre atentos a los requerimientos, el desayuno muy completo , además de una variada carta del restaurant , la ubicación al lado de la playa Joao Fernández , el centro de buzios esta a 15 min caminando pero gran parte del camino es bordeando el mar por lo que se hace agradable el camino , de todas formas el Uber cobra entre 10 a 12 reales desde el hotel al centro. sin dudas volveré con mi familia.

Excelente en todo sentido. Absolutamente la atención y la amabilidad de todos los empleados supera cualquier espectativa. El lugar es hermoso, el desayuno super completo, las instalaciones, la comida, la limpieza todo de 10! Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadia un viaje soñado.

O café da manhã é igual todos os dias, a internet deixa a desejar
