Bom o lugar é ótimo pra descansar, agora poderia melhorar no requisito vender a verdade ou melhor dizer se o quarto é simples alugue como simples se o quarto for de Luxo alugue como tal ( porque aluguei um quarto de casal pra passar o aniversário de casamento e ao chegar aí nos colocaram em um quarto sujo sem limpeza após reclamar 2 vezes foi q realizaram vou ainda ajustar contas com app de onde eu faço parte pra tentar avisa los sobre recomendação

The place is okay front desk people need to be more friendly.
The waiters from dinner they never come to the table ask if you need anything.
The best waiter was Danilo from the morning to lunch he was very helpful every time I give 5 star.

Se deseja descansar efetivamente não é o lugar ! Vai ouvir AXE das 10hs da manhã até as 22hs ! Na piscina e na praia em volume bem considerável.Vc só vai conseguir ouvir as ondas após as 22hs ou antes das 10hs ! Isso incomoda muito.Deveriam separar os ambientes deixando música na piscina e na praia sem ! Quem fica nos apartamentos em frente ao mar , vai olhar uma vista maravilhosa ao som de AXE !No restante , foi bem com ressalvas para a aglomeração constante no Restaurante que é fechado,com Ar e pequeno para os dias em que o Hotel esta cheio.

O hotel não está repondo os guarda-sóis em volta da piscina, faltando para os hóspedes. O café da manhã é muito tarde (7:30). Deveria ao menos abrir as 7h. a sala de diversao que tem pimbolim tem aspecto de velha, ficando guardado nela uma porçao de cadeiras de madeira tipo espreguiçadeiras: é para os hospedes não usarem?

O hotel fica próximo à balsa, porém um pouco afastado do centro de Arraial, mas é super tranquilo ir ao centro e às praias do distrito, as vans e microonibus param em frente ao hotel. O café da manhã é delicioso e bem farto - e tem tapioca fresquinha! O restaurante e o bar do hotel possuem uma boa variedade, para quem deseja curtir a piscina e a praia em frente ao hotel, que é ótima! Toda a equipe foi muito gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. O quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e confortável. Destaque para a cama e os travesseiros, super confortáveis. Possui estacionamento, acessível 24h.
