The room was ok, but the air conditioner was too loud. The worst thing was that we forgot an airpod in the room. The phone received a notification that the location was the hotel address, but the hotel denied it and said they couldn't find it. Then they kept delaying. After several contacts, they said they didn't have it and were perfunctory. In the end, they didn't return it. Ctrip gave 400 yuan as compensation, but the hotel didn't say anything. Absolutely bad review!

Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Very clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay here again during my next business trip.

I was supposed to check in at 4 and finally had a room at 4:15. Moved me to a higher room and had to listen to loud music from the rooftop bar. The property is pretty though. Just a bad experience

Hotel was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. Hotel located near several restaurants and tons of shopping. Eliminated the need of reserving a rental car or Uber.
