"The service attitude is average, especially in terms of response efficiency. When checking in, we were given a terrace room on the first floor, which had no sea view at all and was right next to the main restaurant, with very poor privacy. After a phone call, the front desk agreed to change us to a high-rise sea view room (both of which are called ocean terrace rooms). We waited in the room for almost an hour before someone came to move our luggage. After changing to a new room, there was no welcome fruit and chocolate (we didn't move the original room at all). I called three times to communicate about this matter. Each time the phone rang for more than half a minute, and everyone asked the same question, saying that they had to check whether the fruit and chocolate in our previous room had been eaten. After swimming in the evening, I returned to the room and found that it had not been delivered yet, so I called again and waited for 20 minutes before someone delivered the fruit. In the past, when I called in the hotel, I basically responded immediately and the service attitude was very good, but this hotel was completely the opposite, which made people feel very bad. In terms of hygiene, there were black spots on the bathrobe and stains on the carpet. For the price of 5,000 per night, I really don't know what else to praise except the beautiful sea view and beach... btw the Italian restaurant is very delicious, dinner is 210aed per person, and for two people, you can eat very well by paying a little difference."

"InterContinental Abu Dhabi is the first five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, so the facilities are a bit old. The style reminds me of a 100-year-old hotel in New York. The chairs are all made of steel, but fortunately, the overall service quality in the UAE is very high and it feels thoughtful. But the service of the entire hotel is still very good. The toiletries used are all Byredo, which is very good. The overall scale of the hotel is very large, with 6 restaurants open to the public at the same time. Their fishermarket restaurant has very fresh and delicious ingredients. There is also a huge square Belgium Cafe. I heard that during the European Cup, many locals and foreigners will come here to drink beer, watch the game and enjoy the sea breeze. Their beach is connected to the bay with decks and yachts. The hotel also has many jewelry stores and rest benches with Arabic characteristics. There are many layers of indoor and outdoor areas to explore. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory. I can't find the freshness after eating it for 5 consecutive days."

"I had a nice 7 day stay with my husband at this hotel .everything was good and clean, the service was great and the people were so welcoming and nice . We went to the beach and swimming pool , and the breakfast was so delicious with so many options.we asked about a birthday cake and they made a wonderful carrot cake the best I’ve ever had ! Even the dinner was great . Thank you so much .and a big thanks to miss imane the helpful receptionist and Mr chandara 😍"

"When I booked this hotel, I was skeptical about it after reading the reviews. And there were few photos of the room itself and the price seemed low compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, despite the fact that due to the Coldplay concert, housing prices rose very much. But after staying there, I want to say that I am ready to become a regular customer of this hotel. We really liked everything!!! The most spacious room, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, heated pool, private beach, the location of the hotel, although it is far away, but in such a beautiful place! And the view of the sunrise from the window of our room left none of us indifferent. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to you. It was not for nothing that I forgot my glasses at your place 😅"

"Lobby staff helpful its nice overall the tissue box was almost empty used few only and get call before 11:30am for check out and get at 12 exactly someone knocking door asking for check out was that extremely weird experience."

"Everything was perfect, except the food. We had taken the half board package. For dinner there were not many options of vegetarian food. Few options that were there were not cooked properly. The food quality was very average."

"W Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well. The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅"

"Very amazing! After checking in at the front desk, I was taken to the room. I was dazzled by the luxurious decoration of the hotel all the way👀 The room is not particularly new, but very clean and tidy. In the evening, you can take your child to experience the water world and ride a camel for free. The experience is great😍 The buffet breakfast is also top-notch, with a wide variety of good services. The child doesn't want to leave after staying here🤭"
