"My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve."

"The accommodation conditions in the National Forest Park will be more difficult than those in the city. I stayed in the early built room type. It was old. The three-person room was arranged for a five-person room, but there were some here. Breakfast is included, the pick-up and drop-off is free, and you can also book for lunch and dinner. The most important thing is that the manager helps to change to cash. Cash is everything here. Everyone must prepare more cash when you go to remote places. Thank you very much, the manager!"

"pros: - bed/pillow very comfy!! - spacious room - clean - smart tv - have mini fridge - eatery place within walking distance just behind hotel, hotel also have in house cafe cons - showerhead attached together with bath tub, water can get messy and a bit slippery, wished they have seperate space for shower - wifi slow - room a bit dark as they use yellow lighting overall ok, access card a bit troublesome if you dont know how to use rating: 8/10"

"*Review: Kingwood Hotel Miri* I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, possibly due to my late-night arrival. I was given a premium room, which added extra comfort to my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the reception desk to the restaurant team. Breakfast is served à la carte, while drinks, fruits, and bread are available for self-service. Overall, the service and hospitality truly reflect *5-star hotel standards*, especially in terms of staff professionalism and guest comfort."

"Let me share my experience at this hotel for the 3day and 2night stay for my sister birthday trip! Seriously “ This was the best hotel that i had visited. Salute to the all services from the entrance, check in and check out as well. The hotel staff beyond my expectations, i think they all well trained on providing services !! You all deserved five stars rates. I touched a-bit on the breakfast, not much variety on that day, But all was fine and acceptable. Anyway , all was the best! Thank you so much for the great hospitality."

"The hotel annexed to shopping complex and location is in the centre of Miri old quarters. Parking at basement B2 with ample of parking lots. Those who love shopping is just walking distance away."

"Cheap stay and the location was strategic. Near the water front and handicraft centre. Would be even easier if you rented a car. The bed was slightly soft to my liking but it was fine. Cleanliness was okay. The only downside was we were given a toothbrush, one small bottle of shampoo and bath gel for two people. you can request for iron at the receptionist and they'll send it to your room. Parking was ample"

"location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request. Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim."

"It's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad."
