Outstanding
RRaymond TCYThe resort is located in the rainforest, which provides free airport pickup, drop-off and the transport to the Mulu National Park entrance by mini lorry.
Check in was fast by the friendly staffs and they will bring and assist you to the room.
All the necessary amenities are provided in the room, and both the air con and water pressure are strong.
Wifi is only available in public area, SIM card with telco Maxis can be used in the room…..like me.

GGB16I been staying here since 2015.Great Hotel with amazing hospitality, service, sweet smile every where(good Ong) . Here I would like thanks few personal who entercounter during my stay. Ms Bibiana,(front office) Ms Wene and Ms Gina (who cater my breakfast and coffee 🥐😊 every morning.
Always play good role take care thier inhouse customers.
Not forgetting the maid who make up my room, on 2nd floor. (I forget her name) fast and quick service.
Keep up great work see you soon.

RRain God NicholasLocated just opposite the Miri Airport. Hotel is nicely designed and room is nice. Just didn't have enough time to spend inside the hotels with their amenities. Great water feature design.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was average — no greeting or sense of welcome, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Room had a broken shower tap, but it was fixed within an hour by a professional technician — great service there.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Day 1 was great, but Day 2 had missing towels and no toiletries refill. Day 3 was the worst — no toilet paper or tissue refills, barely enough to last the day. Had to keep requesting basic items during my stay.
Checkout was smooth and fast.
Overall, service and facilities don’t quite meet 5-star expectations. Room maintenance response was a plus, but housekeeping and guest service need improvement.

YYY Tay AlsaadiyVery nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

YYeah Boleh JalanI come a bit late. parking at basement was limited. this hotel a bot old, but the room is same as advertisement. very spacious. however the room a bit dusty. swimming pool is open at 9 in the morning. overall stay here is ok.
