The rooms are very very dark because of the dark wood & dark brick. Lack of lights do not help. We literally had to get clothes out by torch light. We did have a bulb out that they replaced the following day promptly Bathroom had an awful smell like cat pee and was constantly damp. Towels were damp as was toilet paper. Shower had no pressure to get soap out of your hair. Room was not cleaned to a high standard at all. Dirt and dust behind tv and mirror dirty. The pool I honestly thought was a pond it was pretty grim. Wi-Fi or signal non existent in room. It’s a shame. Just a lick of white paint all over dark wood would transform the little villas. No air con or even ceiling fan No fridge for water I wouldn’t recommend if I’m honest unless you are backpacking cheaply around. It’s a cheap hotel and that’s what you get. However the staff were very helpful and super friendly. Views of lake (over the road) are amazing

Cool concept. People sleep in shipping containers. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Definitely an oasis of well-being. There is also warm water here. During the day the containers heat up due to the sun and in the evening they cool down very much. At night it can cool down to 10 degrees. During the day it is between 20 and 25 degrees. As soon as the sun goes away, it gets very cool in the north! Warm clothing is highly recommended. The staff was very helpful. Still there were difficulties with English. Highly recommended translation app. It is a very beautiful and less touristy region of Bali. Without a scooter you are a bit lost there. These can also be rented on site for 150k per day. There is a lot to do in this region. It's worth it!

Stayed at Brits Resort Lovina in preparation for my wedding; having our WO, MUA, and Photographer coming all around our rooms. The space in the room really made us still feel comfortable even having people coming in / out our rooms. Service was great, room was immaculate despite being slightly outdated, public areas including garden, main pool, and pathway to beach were spacious, and breakfast was decent. Highlight would most probably be the Restaurant team who assisted us during breakfast. We were informed that breakfast opened at 07.00 but I needed to be up and got ready early. Therefore, I visited the breakfast restaurant at 06.30 hoping just to get some breads in preparation for my big day. Instead, they opened the buffet early for us and gave us full breakfast service. This is really appreciated. Thank you Brits Resort Lovina team and we are looking forward for our next stay.

What a beautiful resort the rooms were clean and the view was amazing . the staff were lovely and helpful,The food was incredible they use their own vegetables and fruits which they grow on site . We had breakfast and dinner . Would like to say a massive thank you to Kendran who was just so lovely and helpful she was always happy and smiling she made sure we left with a smile . Overall, I am very satisfied. The road up the mountain is a bit difficult, but after entering the hotel, everything exceeded expectations. There are more hotel staff than guests, and they are all very enthusiastic. They also gave us SPA and horse riding, participated in the hotel's coffee explanation and Indonesian language learning activities, and bought a lot of coffee beans. Cat poop coffee is much cheaper than buying it domestically, and children can also learn it. Gained a lot of new knowledge. The time coincides with Valentine's Day, and the hotel has thoughtfully decorated the room. The three days in the hotel were very relaxing. If I come to Bali again, I will stay in this hotel again.

Great place to stay. We had an villa with jacuzzi close to the pool. The villa was well set up with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great - I and my friend were in there every day. The surrounds are nice and gardens well kept. It was quiet at night and the other guests were friendly. It seemed a safe place to stay. The view of hills and sunsets were magnificient. The shower had good pressure. The staff were friendly. There is a restaurant and the lake ‘walking close’ to this property.

Very strategic and convenient location, good view and good design too. Direct access to the lake and very clean.
