"Choosing Hogher Hotel Kiulap is because of the location , right at the BSB busiest area. Lots of Good restaurants is just walking distance from this hotel.
To or from airport is just around 15 to 20 minutes. Very convenient.
Hotel front desk is very polite and helpful.
Only drawback is the shower head and safe box in room 439 is not working / spoiled. Other than this everything is working fine."
"The hotel location ***** can be said to be at the center of the central area of Brunei, leading to most of the attractions.
The hotel lobby is clean and must be recommended by local travel books. The lobby has a Japanese feel and is very relaxing, and the front desk is polite.
The room is similar to a 3 to 4-star hotel in other countries. It is not very big, but it has everything you need, and you can refill your own water. It is also very convenient."
"The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed.
Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel."

"Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place.
Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)"
"The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon."
"Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well."
"Stay was alright, most international travellers are staying here. Breakfast has variety and is of good value. Staff were very nice.
However, soundproofing in the room is very bad. There was a connecting room next to us and we could hear every bit of the conversation all throughout the day, into the night and in the morning. It was as if they were in the same room as us.
My advice is to make sure you’re not assigned a connecting room."
"The hotel provides Free airport transport, you just need to inform them your flight time. The location is superb, so close to the main city attractions;Omar Ali mosque, Royal Barge, Waterfront, Kampong Ayer. There are also some food restaurants at the commercial complex behind the hotel, The One mall. Room is standard, but free breakfast is good enough, although not many variety of menu. We were happily staying there."

TTravel with LibertyLovely hotel! I would definitely recommend as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and the hotel staff are so friendly! The do free airport drop off service which is nice and the hotel is in a good location! Close to a morning market and the city center. It is a very walkable city and within 10 minutes you are at the shopping mall or waterfront. The room was clean and tidy and the bottled water and towels were replaced every day. It’s quiet at night and very clean. Internet was good enough for me to work on. Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The great thing about this hostel is that it is a 5-minute walk from Brunei's landmarks, a mosque and a large framed park.
BblobbtThe check in was easy the cost was affordable and the beds were comfy.
Unfortunately the hotel is just a bit far away. Brunei is a lovely place but a little bit of lack of public transport and the walking paths aren't very comprehensive so sometimes to get into the main part of the of the city it can be up to an hour pong walk.
Otherwise the hotel is great.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good in the city center, it is very convenient to nearby attractions, the environment is OK, there are office and charging places in the public area, air conditioning, and the price is relatively cheap.
