The cabin has a great layout, with a shared living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, and an additional bedroom with a bathroom in the loft. Outside, there’s a great hot tub and sauna a(although busy). We also used the communal grill, though it could have been cleaner. Although the cabin layout is nice, the furniture inside felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade. It would also be helpful if each cabin had assigned parking, as we often had to park quite a distance from our unit.

The resort looked a little outdated, but it was a great environment for staying with family.

Great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was warm and helpful, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. It made my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything about this hotel, from its facilities to its service, was impeccable. The room was wonderfully warm, and all the other details were almost perfect. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We brought 2 dogs as this resort is pet friendly and we planned a dog trip specifically for the pups. The “special take home toy” listed on the website is a basket of COMMUNAL toys (dollarama ropes) to play in the room/at the resort. The special treats looked to be “milk bones”. As expected the “pet” room was worn, there were some issues that the resort was able to sort out. The smoke from the until downstairs was really bad and seeped into the room one of the nights. The area in the back was a very nice walk. Free bus passes but dogs aren’t allowed on buses This area is really nice for family camping vibes, maybe not so much as a dog trip.

Amazing getaway with the girls. Beautiful hot pool, staff super helpful and friendly, loved the wood fireplace.

Near to the town, amenities are very well maintained and the hotspring with a view is the star of it all!

It might be because of the cold weather, but the hot tub water felt too lukewarm.
