This was our second time staying at Urbana Langsuan. We booked the studio suite but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was awesome. The breakfast was yummy. The room was clean. The service attitude of the staff was wonderful. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location. Close to the BTS Station. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

I returned to this hotel because of its excellent location. I had a mixed experience during the stay. The first room I was assigned had a slow-working air conditioner and a musty odor, which I was told was due to the ozone machine. However, the hotel's staff was very accommodating and quickly moved me to a different room. The new room was much cleaner and the air conditioning worked efficiently. While I was disappointed with the initial room, the hotel's willingness to resolve the issue made my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is clean. Staff Service is good. The Stay is comfortable.

I have never been to a hotel in such conditions : The switches are covered with dirts. The wall of the toilet is full of stains. Room is smelly with unpleasant odour. Few light bulbs haven’t been replaced so the room was extremely dark. The hotel is extremely DATED!!!!

Location was good. And the room was fantastic in a way whereby because we travel as a family,so it was really really nice that this hotel caters to us where there is 2 rooms + 2 toilets + a kichenette + mini balcony with a washing machine. Loved the room facilities. But service wise, really needs improvement. The television channels could not work and even though we called for room service, they hadn't have it fixed. And, on another day, both elevator/lifts were having a maintainence concurrently at the same time. So, could you imagine, i had to climb down 14 floors and back up again??? Oh ! And on the 2nd floor, they have a small playroom for kids. Very family friendly hotel.

Nice and quiet location and can sleep well. A lot of restaurants and massage parlour nearby the hotel. 12 mins walk to Central World, Siam Paragon. 7 mins walk to Mercury Ville Shopping Center. The downside is the wifi is not working.

Ultimate party lovers should put this accommodation on their top list and very good location. Great view from the terrace that you can feel the power of cities

We are a family of 5. We asked the receptionist to help us book a grab car for us as we do not have the app to book the bolt service in bkk. The receptionist book a normal taxi instead of a 6-seater car. We ask them to help book again but they want us to book ourselves and not helping us. Very disappointed with the service. And we requested to change the flask they came up with tissues and toilet rolls.

It's not a true 5-star hotel; the rooms are old and the common areas are not luxurious. The bed is not very comfortable. However, the staff is excellent—very kind and professional.

We booked an executive suite because it had a washing machine. As a result, when we checked in, we saw a closet instead of a washing machine 🤡 The staff agreed to change the room, but then we regretted it... The washing machine is in terrible condition and has been in need of replacement for a long time :) The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable, but clearly not the newest. The air conditioner is old and very noisy. All this is offset by a view pool on the 33rd floor and a very tasty breakfast. There was a European menu here, you definitely won't go hungry!
