The location is excellent and convenient, the staff is friendly and polite. It is the first choice for accommodation every time I come to Thailand. But this time I was a little disappointed. The air conditioner seemed to be broken and there was a little smell. Special thanks to Alex🙏

I have stayed here a few times. Great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Great pool. Fantastic service. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future.

This is our second time staying here after the earthquake. the hotel was fine and no cracks. We love to stay here for the hospitality .

Very good location from BTS Chidlom and easy to get to prime location in Bangkok. The room provide spacious and good city view.

Stayed 5 nights and had to change three rooms. 1st room got aircon problem (not cool at all) 2nd room got bathroom door issue. (After taking shower, can't open door due to malfunctioning lock). Luckily my family was outside my bathroom and helped to alarm hotel staffs to rescue me. But the staffs came to me only after 20 minutes and I was stucked inside inside the bathroom. Finally the staffd also couldn't open the door and they had to romove emergency wooden for me to exit. That's really terrible experience. Then hotel staffs arranged my family to stay at another room at level 5. So we had to move all our staffs to level 5 from level 22 again.....😌😌😌

I stayed in 2 rooms apartment and studio room recently. I was taken aback that the air conditioner is blowing directly to bed we’re sleeping. This makes us feel too cold and will be too humid if we were to adjust room temperature to 23C. Hotel breakfast is just a basic one as it comes together from booking studio room. Quite far walking distance from Chit Lom BTS station.

We were fooled by his photo. The room was old, the air conditioner was very noisy too, and many of the pool equipment was broken. The breakfast was also very bad! We stayed five nights, The breakfast foods was the same every day. Very boring. We will never go back, I'm afraid.

Family loves the hotel. Hustle free. Spacious bedrooms and living rooms with a kitchen. We could order in or watch a movie together. Staff are pleasant and always smiling. Post earthquake, not that many cracks, so I believe the building is pretty sturdy. Theres massage next door, plenty of restaurants at Vela. Perfect stay as always.

Air conditioning is a bit noisy. The amenities in the room is outdated . Location is a bit far from BTS station

This hotel is very suitable for family or long travel duration, the location is superb, very near to Siam Paragon and central world.

Family trip to Bangkok. Outside view was very nice which is surrounded by old buildings and pools not blocking. Just 10 mins walk to BTS. To Central world, there have 2 options; Muvmi app or on foot both are very connivence. I suggest to have breakfast at Central World if you prefer Asian foods. I asked for floor mat after room service that they forgot to provide. But they did not show up maybe they do not understand or don't know why. Dining table mats are put inside the cabinets which are never wash. I didn't take photo because it's too dirty and not hygienic.
