VVelascoKarenGreat location, like really could not have find better, walking distance from everywhere, beautiful building and they preserved the old features of the construction. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is cold water dispenser to take to your room. Would totally come back.

SStrasbourgThe good parts of the stay were the location/cleanliness and the service - nothing to comment as they were perfect. Below are some suggestion for improvement :- There are no lockers in the rooms. There is no pantry (Common place) or facility to warm the food or water. The room doors are quite noisy. I guess they should install a soft closing mechanism as some people can be insensitive to others' comfort, even at night time. Housekeeping is not regular (Daily) even if you stay for a week. For showers, there is no Temperature control. Personally, I found the water relatively cold.

WWilson MC LimI had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day. Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserIt only takes one minute to get there from the nearest station, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind even as a single woman. It was also close to the Arc de Triomphe, so you could walk there if you wanted to! The room was a good size and clean!

RRenlordThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

AAnonymous UserHost at the height, cleanliness and all we need. Just the rooms not isolated, so it depends on your neighbor, for us it was good. And we had the alarm problem. But it is generally unfair to come back again.
