"BBQ was given 3 pcs of coal .baked sausage is not suitable , 8 o'clock ask again at the infor closed. roof dingding 、 lamp hat a lot of spider webs. thermos place has a lot of dust. very rarely clean. The TV is big enough but it's starting to break a lot of color line. The plants are pretty good, the kids are happy ninep here"
"Strategic location, clean rooms,
For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective."
"Maybe it would be better to provide an elevator for guests, especially for the elderly, especially if the rooms available are on the 2nd floor, it's a pity for the parents if they have to take the stairs, even though the stairs are sloping, it's still tiring for the elderly, especially"
"For the price is too expensive, if you book through a trip, you may recommend booking through the red door, the price is more suitable, overall it is good worth trying sorry there is no photo at the hotel"

Amazing
Mmrs.mashMy stay at The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang was absolutely wonderful—this resort truly knows how to blend luxury with the natural beauty of Batu. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grand, yet welcoming ambiance. The resort is surrounded by stunning mountain views, and the fresh air instantly made me feel relaxed and recharged.
My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar.
One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive.
Overall, The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang offered a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with exceptional service. I would love to return and highly recommend it!

DDwi QuoinexThe rooms are clean and comfortable,Complete facilities. The strategic location is close to various tourist attractions such as Jatim Park, Angkut Museum, and water tourism.
HHacimiHotel place is strategic near alun-alun and cross the factory outlet and mall lippo.
Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik
MMOHAMED ALIFFI BINThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.
PPAGA TRI BARATA, Ph.dIf you're looking for a cozy and romantic escape, this hotel is a fantastic choice for couples. I decided to upgrade my room for a mountain view, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience.
The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night.
As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.
WworldwidewhatLocation seems ok the front of the hotel and public areas are almost spotless rooms on 2nd floor dua lantai have small balcony with 2 seats and a table 😀 great the room we booked had ac hot and cold water small tv connected to satellite the ac was not that good and actually heated the room regardless what setting i put it 16c cool the shower head was blocked so didn't work i reported both the problems to front desk the actually fixed it so that was good the staff can speak English. As for going bed me and my mrs notice ants emerging from near bathroom area and under the bed this episode was odd lasted 2 hours then restarted again about 7am we had no food in the room seems to happen after use of the bathroom shower as we was here for 1 night it was pointless complaining my advice always bring a can of bygon with you to low cost hotels warning they don't have elevator in the hotel so not a good idea for older people or disabled they have a nice pool area .in your room no fridge as for the tv set up you have start it up yourself saving grace is that they have wifi 😀 .the breakfast was ok glasses was very small like mouth wash cup smsll 4 of those glasses make a small decent glass of juice
GGuest UserJust enter it.
The sink doesn't have hand sanitizer,
Even if it's on a rock, it's not as cold as we used to living in the city when the air conditioner is getting a little hot because the room doesn't have the AC.
The room window was a bit too bright because there was no curtain, until 6 am I couldn't sleep because it was very bright,
Maybe it'll be good for the oxygen to be two sessions, night and morning.
The villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms (1 person) onsen with koq is quite narrow ya
The breakfast was all cold (it was actually we went to the restaurant for 9:30 o'clock a rice breakfast), but the dinner of this class has a heater, and I found two hairs in 2 different dishes,
Please keep it clean. Yes.
Over all that's just a little input, a little bit.
I'm sure it's still one and I'll be back when I have a chance
FFamilyTravelerThe old hotel was replaced by a theme park hotel concept. Unfortunately I'm not quite ready for that yet. The bathroom where I was staying had a moldy ceiling and some of the wood was peeling slightly. Many statues give the impression of horror. Even though the waiters are friendly, there seems to be a lack of staff for such a large number of hotels and rides, which also affects the cleanliness of the hotel, which should be maximal.
