"We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly."

"I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others "

"The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend."

GGuest Userthe hotel location is the best I've ever seen it is close to everything, the farthest tourist attraction was max. 15 mins by walking so i highly recommend. the guy in the reception even helped us booking our bus tickets etc. and they have breakfast. for this price i dont know if anyone could find any better. i will probably come back again to this hotel, i just wished they had toothbrush and shampoo and stuff like that

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

There was drilling and repair work going on at the back, a main road at the front and technicians working on the upper floors, there is no peace here.

The hotel has two parking lots, one is said to be free, and the other is a paid municipal parking space in front of the hotel. It is best to ask in advance.

Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family. The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated.
We thank you for kindest and helpful greeting by Mariam, Eka, Tamar and all the great staff always happy to help! Housekeeping staff should be complemented!
We would happily stay here again.

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

MMARINAОказалось, отель имеет другое название. Вот это был сюрприз 😆😆😆Но заселили. Вначале в номер со сломанным сливом. На следующий день переселили. Номера на 2-ом и выше этажах. Лифта нет! Номера убогие, но расположение отеля хорошее! Центр и море минут 15-ть идти красивой дорогой.
