This second time in May last it truly was horrible! The first time in September 2021 was good. The difference. May 2022: our first room, the bathroom was dirty and the Safety box we could not open anymore. We moved to an other room with a Balcony looking at a white wall and on the parking place for the Staff. In contrary, September 2021: we were first called by Andrea Garcia. If we cancel our holiday with *********** and make a reservation through the website of the Hotel we would get an upgrade for free which we did. The room at that time was superb. May 2022: The breakfast was as always alright. When having lunch or dinner, a lot of times our Wine glasses on the rim were dirty. One time we got a beer glass with the rim an inch long broken Also the quality of the restaurant in contrary to last year was miserable, - the Iberico ham was mostly Fat and stringly - the Oxtail which was in the middle of a mashed Potato with a sauce of Truffle was still frozen - Chicken sticks with curry mayonnaise, one of the chicken sticks was RAW… AND YES, we did tell the waiter. His answer was if we would like to have an other plate with chicken sticks.... how could he ask? - Anchovies salad without the Anchovies which we received later on after our complain on a side dish In contrary, September 2021: The breakfast was alright and when having lunch or dinner we often get a lot, - The Iberico ham was good with a nice taste - no remarks on the tableware - no remarks on the Drinks May 2022: The Staff overall was friendly and working hard, one could see so. Only the last day when we went to the reception to talk about the controversial invoice Mrs. Trini Saura did not wanted to listen and did not let me speak at all, how awful to treat your Customers that way. In contrary, September 2021: The Staff was friendly and even brought our Coffee to the swimmingpool! Certainly no reason to recommend this Hotel and to go there an other time, what a pitty.
