很糟糕，説是海景房但實際和海景房一點關係也沒有，進房間裏也是悶悶的，還有一股味，但是在平台上超過時間不能退款了，所以將就住了，毛巾是沒有的，梳子也是沒有的，床單被套枕頭都不是白色的，熱水器也不知道要怎麼洗，開不出熱水，密碼鎖老是中斷，開門難開，密碼還被更改過，牙刷牙膏我都不想説了，這牙膏不知道多少人用過了，牙刷也不敢用，都發黴了還不捨得換新的嗎？就給用這種？就這樣説吧，我花幾十塊錢的定的鐘點房都能有一次性的牙刷梳子牙膏什麼的呢，體驗感真的很差，這和海景房真的不沾邊，這些東西我都不敢用，還有房子也不是很大，裏面還有一件儲物間，所以説，平台上顯示的房間大小實際能用的大小根本不符合，

避雷這家酒店吧，如果你不想自找不快。房間的門鎖是壞的，沒有浴巾，衞生條件差，沒有交通可言，還會停電。其實更想説的是酒店老闆的服務態度和素質。根本沒有服務可言，不會主動告訴你酒店的詳細入住線路、wifi密碼等。最可惡也是最讓人哭笑不得的是離店時要求開具北海當地住宿發票被拒，並且溝通態度極其惡劣，在我**之後，酒店無理扣留200元按金至今未退。在北海消費後開具當地住宿發票合情合理合法，按照《中華人民共和國發票管理辦法》第二十五條規定不允許跨省開具發票，酒店無理並且違法扣留消費者私人財務，違法拒開發票，同時，酒店明確表示未在當地註冊營業執照，已經涉嫌無證經營，違法行為已經提交有關部門，特此留下評價，希望看到評論的你不要成為下一個受害者。
