The room is very nice. In Beijing, where land is at a premium, you can get a very large view room with a direct view of the Grand Theater for only 1,000 yuan during the Spring Festival. What’s particularly amazing is the service. I went to the Forbidden City in the morning on the day of check-out. I couldn’t make it back to the hotel in time, so I contacted the front desk. The location of the hotel was quite convenient for our planned activities. Close to a subway station and some of the tourist attractions we planned to see. There was one day on which our room was not made up, however this was the only negative, and it wasn't a concern. The staff at reception were helpful and kind during our stay. It was a lovely touch to receive a lovely assortment of fruits and cakes, as well as a kind welcoming note, in our room upon returning from our evening out on our first day. The hotel has a fitness centre and a pool, however I can make no comment on these facilities as neither my partner nor I visited these. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a conveniently located and welcoming hotel

Excellent location with many retail shops and eateries around the area, within walking distance. Hospitality is as frigid and cold as the Beijing weather. From check-in to departure, everything was business-like and process-driven. Even if you were to offer a fee to buy a genuine smile from the staff, you’re unlikely to find any takers. Nice and Cian hotel in great locations, about a minute walk from Hepingmen metro entrance,and about 15-20 mins walk from Tian'anmen Square. 李奖琪 and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcome, and were quick to solve any problems (my key card stopped working and got fixed within minutes). Good budget hotel if you want to stay near a metro stop, and you get little biscuits and fruit in your room every day which was a lovely touch!
