We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a ”pet” robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.

Everyone is professional, considerate and meticulous. Having stayed in so many hotels, the service at this hotel is definitely the best in the country. Everything in the room is free, snacks and drinks are free, including Paris sparkling water, Evian and so on. The main theme is an atmosphere. Breakfast is a per-person set meal, which is beautifully matched. I forgot to take pictures. It is quite good and worth trying.

Upon arrival, I came into this huge entrance lobby area. Huge shout out to Bella Hu from GRO and Mike at the IHG one rewards desk, Check-in / Check-out was smooth, easy and both of them were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was great with a huge bed and super comfortable. room temperature a little too warm for my liking but nothing like opening a window cant fixed. Went to check out CHAR at the first floor in the evening but didn’t have a chance to see other facilities. A lil hiccup that I would like to mention was 2 things that the wifi doesn’t work for both of my phones (thank you for the help of the duty manager that tried his best to help me with it, appreciate it) and also regarding my encounter with the night shift FO that isnt very pleasant. Went and asked for bottle of water to be kindly send to the room but she wasn’t engaging the conversation kindly and even barely looking at me and water was not sent to the room neither that night. Perhaps confusion? But afterall, CROWNE PLAZA LIDO is one of my fav stay as always. Thank you!

This was our second stay at NUO, to celebrate our anniversary, and it was even sweeter than the first! As soon as you step into NUO’s beautiful lobby, the outside world seems to melt away, and you’re surrounded by a tranquil, elegant, and calming environment. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the beds super comfortable, and the lavish bathtub with a city view is also a highlight! Breakfast at NUO is an entire experience of its own! The breakfast buffet is vast and full of several varieties of cuisines. Every bite of food is prepared with excellence and care, and the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The keystone part of this stay is the amazing hospitality from Frank. Frank took wonderful care of us again, with cookies, fruits, and a personal note waiting for us in the room. He communicated with me via WeChat prior to our stay, to ensure everything would be perfect. While there are many lovely hotels in Beijing, none of them have someone like Frank who will make you feel so welcomed and at home in such a massive and beautiful space. We will always be recommending NUO to our friends, as well as treasuring the time we spent at this lovely hotel. I stayed here for 2 weeks during my Business Trip, and it had been a consistently good experience, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great as well, a lot of restaurant around and there's a mall right across the street. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the customer service and their staff (and the cool robots!), everyone is so efficient and helpful. 5 Star, Would definitely recommend! Special mention to one of the staff member, 小珈 for always helping me throughout my time there，服务真好！
