The sweetest owner ever….she helped me with literally everything she bought me ticket for much cheaper and she helped me wash my closes. The place is clean and perfect maintained and the highlight it’s only 7 min walk to the Great Wall cable car entrance.would definitely recommend if you want to see the Great Wall.

The front reception was dodgy and had a very strong and sharp unpleasant smell. However, the room itself was upstairs and was really good and spacious and had a great view of the Great Wall. Bathroom was private and very clean. But the beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Our host was very helpful, but I got the strong sense we were being over charged for many things. Prices in general up there were very high, but it is a tourist spot so be prepared!

The hostess of Memory Inn @ Great Wall, Mrs. Wang, is a warm-hearted lady, who can cook diversified cuisines for people from all over the world. The inn is very close to Mutianyu Great Wall, you can walk there in 10 minutes. The room is clean and tidy, like star hotels. The yard is my favorite, except for sleeping, I had stayed in the yard all the time, reading, dining, drinking, or meditating. If you are a friend from foreign countries in Beijing and want to find somewhere for a relaxing weekend, come to Memory Inn @ Great Wall then. I bet you will not be disappointed, because everything is amazing here, food, service, atmosphere, and the hostess of course. 我是临时起意，来了场说走就走的旅行。先上携程搜慕田峪长城附近的民宿，平台推荐了14家，我选了3家打电话，之后就决定来长城忆景。我差不多傍晚时分抵达，王姐已经按照我不喜荤的口味，给我备好了她自家田里采摘的黄瓜、南瓜和茄子，还给我现烙了黄酥脆香葱油饼，晚饭吃的十分丰盛和愉悦。饭后我便坐在院中看书喝茶，山村的夜很静也很黑，能看到天上的星星，秋风微凉但不觉冷，十分静谧舒适。房间里的用品均采用星级宾馆的标准，看着就感觉很干净，这乡村的夜，没有城市里的人声和车声，一觉就睡到了大天亮，拉开窗帘发现长城就在不远处的山脊上蜿蜒起伏，天湛蓝湛蓝的，正如老舍所言：“北平之秋就是人间的天堂”。我下到院子里练了一小时的功，然后歇了不一会儿，王姐就把早饭备好了，早饭依然丰盛，有煮柴鸡蛋、小米粥、现蒸的花卷和两个素菜。王姐人非常热情，性格也开朗，说店里也没有什么客人，就亲自带着我抄小路往长城上爬，一路上绿树成荫，遮天蔽日，虽有骄阳，一点儿也不觉得晒；路两边时不时长有南瓜秧子，王姐就踩着荒草给我现摘了2把野生的南瓜尖儿，知道我爱吃这玩艺儿。由于是工作日，长城上人不多，王姐一路上都能碰到跟她打招呼的各种工作人员，足见其人缘之好。站在雄伟险峻的长城关隘之上，一边是崇山峻岭，一边是当年守关士兵睡的大炕，在感叹秦时明月汉时关的时光恍惚中，一股“但使龙城飞将在，不教胡马度阴山”的悲壮与豪迈涌上心头。从长城回来，王姐又忙不迭地给我做午饭，餐桌上自然少不了路上现摘的南瓜尖儿，经王姐巧手一拌，那味道简直鲜美无敌，再配上王姐从她家菜地里给我现摘的蔬菜，现烙的大饼，现熬的玉米碴子粥，对我来说真是此味只应天上有。吃完午饭稍事休息后，我请王姐喝了壶普洱茶。院子不远处有一片郁郁葱葱的竹林，在微风中摇曳摆动，发出轻微的沙沙声，乡村的午后也是静谧的，就像儿时的那个小山村。然而，快乐的时光总是短暂的，太阳已开始西斜，我也该启程了。临行前，王姐给我从她家地里摘了一个大冬瓜，沉得我得两只手抱着才行，还给我带了盆她昨晚专门给我移栽的薄荷，说看我稀罕这个，我推辞不过，就只好都带上了车。跟王姐挥手告别时，我说冬天我还会来她这里，一边享围炉煮酒，一边赏漫天飞雪，也体会一把乐天先生“晚来天欲雪，能饮一杯无”的诗情画意。来慕田峪长城选住长城忆景，你定然不会失望。最后一张照片就是王姐在帮我采南瓜尖儿😋

HOST showed a beautiful path to the Great Wall

The room is on the shady side, facing the street. If you are thin, this big bed can sleep five people. No one greeted me when I arrived. I waited in the room for an hour before I came. The attitude was quite good. Breakfast was 15 yuan per person, steamed buns, boiled eggs, pickles, mixed cabbage, fermented tofu, millet porridge, and both dishes were small plates. I asked the boss to buy tickets and round-trip tickets for the cableway. The ticket for our team was written as a one-way trip. I also asked if this ticket was correct. The boss confirmed that it was correct. As a result, when I swiped the ticket on the cableway, it said that ours was a one-way trip and asked us to change the ticket •ᴗ•, and called the boss to take a QR code again. The bathroom smelled a little, but the water was quite hot. In summary, although but, what else do you want at this price?

When staying at a B&B, you can park your car and walk uphill to the scenic spot in less than 10 minutes. You can skip the shuttle bus queue, climb the Great Wall at night, and be the first to take the cable car, especially on holidays. Slide, queue time is negligible. Objective evaluation, I stayed at this B&B based on good reviews. The big kang is very comfortable, and they also provide yogurt. Buying cable car and ropeway tickets from the B&B is a little cheaper than the official website. Bad review experience, the food is not good, maybe the chef has been changed, it is oily and salty. Breakfast costs 15 yuan per person and doesn't have much. The boss was so confused. He filled out the wrong ID card when he bought us cable car tickets. It was very annoying to get in and out! Forget it all. Every time I bought a ticket or meal, I settled the bill in time. Two days after I got back, Ctrip gave me feedback that I didn’t pay and even called the police! My child happened to be performing and I couldn't answer the phone. I hung up one phone and called the other. They called me in a series of deadly calls. I didn't even record the video of my child's performance! Just forget about the last favor and forget about it! I have left my phone number and WeChat message. Have you verified with me? Can't you just leave a message? Are you in a hurry for just half an hour? As for that! Thinking about it now makes me angry! There are so many B&Bs at the foot of the Great Wall. Anyway, I won’t stay here next time!
