Nice hotel.Very attentive staff, as the Chinese phone number did not work, I barely called the transfer and got lost. But the staff searched for me until the last moment, they did not leave me at the airport and took me safely to the hotel and back.A wonderful hearty breakfast. Sweat was given the compliment of an eye mask. The rooms were clean, although there was no bathrobe, but this is uncritical.

I visited with my wife. The hotel signage is in Chinese, which might be a bit challenging to understand for those who can’t read Mandarin. However, there are usually people around who can help if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free shuttle service. There’s a small convenience store across the street and a local eatery open for dinner, so food is not an issue. While there isn’t much to explore within walking distance, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for the last day of your trip if you want to stay close to the airport, avoid traffic, and arrive for your flight stress-free.

Lovely staff, spacious room and very good breakfast. High point is the mini fridge in the room and the complimentary beverages. Also, free laudry with dryer and a small gym. Only point I would like to improve is the cleanliness of the bathroom, although the daily cleaning makes up for it. Also, the air conditioning is a bit weak, but it was ok during autumn weather.

There is an early flight that needs to be transferred, plus a good impression of Sichuan Airlines, so I decided to book this Sichuan Airlines Golden Panda to try. The appointment of the pick-up shuttle was a bit of a twist. I made an appointment one day in advance but it seemed that the hotel had registered for another date. And it only had 15 departures per hour. But the advantage is that it is a car, not a minibus I expected. The pick-up location is in the outer lane of the entrance 7 on the first floor of T3. The hotel is actually a short drive away from the airport. But the team's overall brother gave a very good communication and pulled back a point. The overall process of pick-up is not concealed. The flight drop-off time I needed the next day was earlier than the earliest time of the hotel drop-off at 6 o'clock, and the drop-off time was not evaluated. Check in at around 7:30 pm on December 10. At that time, there was only one little brother wearing glasses at the front desk. Maybe it will be better to open a few more lights? But anyway, I have to take a shower and sleep and I don't bother to open it. Room hygiene: The bathroom, shower, and the floor of the room pass. The bedding barely passed, because there was a faint smell in the corner of the quilt. But because it was too sleepy, and I had to go to bed early, I didn't bother to care about it, so I slept. The hot water in the shower is very hot. I think at this price, considering the service of pick-up and drop-off, and the room is still hygienic, I don't pick anything wrong. To be honest, I will not comment if I don't ask for praise. To this day, I remembered that it was very annoying. When I was sleeping, the vacuum cleaner in the next room could wake me up, and it was always a buzzing sound. There are drinks and mineral water in the room. Mineral water is provided. The drink is not provided. I asked the customer service to say that the drink was replaced with milk. The milk was sent to the aunt. If you don't say anything, will this drink not be provided? And this snack, why is it in the hall?

This is a very nice hotel with excellent reception staff who are always ready to help! The rooms are always clean, delicious coffee and a hearty breakfast! And I even learned a couple of phrases in Chinese! Thank you very much! I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel! Especially solo travelers!

Staff was helpful. Hotel is getting old and room was in need of upgrade and repair. Mold in the shower, dirty and worn carpet. Wall were also quite marked up. No control over AC, set to 25, can adjust, but never gets below 25. Bar closed at the 22:00. Buffet was OK. Ordering from the restaurant was not very good. Pool is nice, and hot tub would be great, but only filled the water to half under the jacuzzi jets. Obsessively enforced swim cap policy, despite my being bald, but this ************* thing. Once beautiful hotel, now cutting corners and possibly still trying to recover from COVID. Definitely not the high star ranking I was shown.

This hotel was pretty good. The room was big enough for our giant luggage, high quality toilet paper which is pretty rare. The staff was very very kind, they helped us a lot and did their best. I wish I could talk to their boss and tell him/her how hard-working they are. Maybe there are not many English speakers in China, but their kindness helped us much more. They didn't just helped us send our luggage but even worked hard to make sure we get the cheapest price. Also, we are thankful for the understanding of our religion about Saturday and their help. 谢谢你！
