Bernstein Hotel Villa Kastania Reviews

Located a bit away from city center, near U-Bahn station and not very far from S-Bahn station. Many restaurants near the hotel. Daily cleaning even when you like to sleep late till 12-13. Swimming pool and sauna were nice and clean. Great place for a short vacation in a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Nice little hotel with balconies. Close to subway station. Service was ok, we just spent one night. You have to pay extra for sauna or use of swimming pool. We didn’t had breakfast, so no idea

This hotel is very friendly. The old male staff responds to each and every detail carefully. I arrived too early and used the sauna and swimming pool. The sauna was 20 euros and included swimming and towels. One thing that was disappointing was that the room lighting was too dark.

The double bed in the room is about 1.6 meters. It’s a bit crowded. The double basin in the bathroom is very spacious. The parking fee is 16 Euros per day Breakfast is OK, the front desk is good

The hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros
