Nanu Beach Resort & Spa

Worst Experience. We are two families with children and have booked four rooms. Today very first day we checked in at 3 pm and found room air conditioning was not working. We then called reception. They sent a person he opined that it was ok. We again raised the concern because in this season it is impossible to do without proper cooling. They kept on sending people when we realised they were just wasting time and our holiday. My husband and another family friend went to reception. They were told that property was booked and they did not have other rooms.Later on my husband and our family friend had to raise their voice. They asked to speak with General ***ager or owner. The reply we got us, since it's Sunday it is not possible. We then asked them to refund the amount so that we can book another property. They refused. Such a pathetic and callous attitude is never there in any service industry. Then they asked us to upgrade to villa for just one family ! There also the situation was same. Again where will other family members be accommodated ! Till now we are struggling to find a solution. We just have forgotten that we are on a holiday and have paid for it in advance against the ***agement has forced us to become beggers and request for proper amenities. This issue could have been resolved in a very amicable way. We actually would like to request TripAdvisor to revisit their traveler choice award tag. In fact we choose this property only and only on recommendation on TripAdvisor site. We accept that TripAdvisor is no way responsible and they would post their review based on reviews of users but this is a clarion call to revisit the whole process. In the end the worst approach by. ***agement of Nanus has spoiled our hard earned holiday.

Horrible. Air-conditioning just not working. I am presently staying with two families and four rooms. Pathetic response. Just cannot live. Please avoid at all cost. ***agement is too callous. They are sending people to check whether cooling is OK or not? Does it need a proof. What about privacy of family.

Very bad experience at Nanu's Beach Resort,  Betalbatim Goa. When we entered the room, we got peculiar smell and wen we called the staff, the lady supervisor admitted tat smell was awful. Called her staff and sprayed the room but this didn't solve the problem.  As we had small kids, i decided tat the smell was unbreakable and house keeping boy came and he decided to change the bed sheets. After this the smell gradually subsided.  Next we found that  used ear cleaner was on the floor near the bed also towels given were wet and lady supervisor admitted this too. Next day lady supervisor brings in GM and this *** was very rude and insulting to us. Went on to prove his point tat all is well. Wasted our time saying tat he has travelled the whole world. Wat do we have to do with it?  Just to impress us but an useless *** like him, cannot look into cleanliness n maintenance of the hotel. NANU should kick him out and get a better GM to handle the job and not brag about himself. At one time he got very aggressive and tried to raise his voice and put us down. Instead of settling the issue he was saving his skin and his job but i feel Nanu will loose his business with an egoist and crude *** as GM. Wen he asked me repeatly  whether we were happy with all the services, I mentioned to him tat FnB ***ager is a very good ***, to that this egoistic  GM says 'he better be'. Wat did he mean saying this? ***ager has 32 years experience working at Nanu unlike this chap who has no ***ners talking to his customers. Shall never come back to Nanu Resorts for sure just because of arrogant GM inspite of Nanu's beautiful property.

The place has nice ambience, neat & tidy , friendly & professional staffs, food was tasty, we enjoyed a lot while staying this premises, on whole its worth for money paid, i suggest this place for staying with friends / family / couples......

Nanu Beqach Resort and Spa Feedback: Pros: Prime Location: Situated in close proximity to the beach, offering convenience and a serene a**osphere away from overcrowding. Exceptional ***agement: The property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exquisite aesthetics and effective ***agement. High Standards of Accommodation: The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, accompanied by commendable facilities. Cons: Challenges with Group ***agement: The resort encountered difficulties in accommodating large groups, evidenced by subpar customer service practices such as rigid payment policies and inadequate communication. Commercial Focus: There was an overt emphasis on financial transactions, exemplified by the insistence on immediate bill settlement, diverging from customary hospitality norms. Disparity in Dining Experience: The quality and taste of the food served in the restaurant and buffet areas did not meet expectations, resulting in a discernible contrast from the advertised standards. Restrictions on Group Activities: Limited recreational opportunities were available for group gatherings, with restrictions on activities such as singing or playing, detracting from the overall guest experience.

I have a great experience in this resort this is best resort at best location I spend great time period at this place it was very memorable for me the staff of this resort also very polite and cooperative I am really happy to spend my time here really

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel, each and every staff member are so polite and make you feel so welcome. They all work so hard and will do anything to help you. The variety at breakfast buffet is great and evening meals are delicious. The grounds around hotel are very well kept. Looking forward to our next stay.

We group of eight, being all senior citizens, requested their sales ***ager Jenisha Fernandes, to give ground floor rooms. Resort ambiance, food, service, everything is excellent. To explore Goen Food, we contacted Chief, Ramalingam is excellent cook, as per his advice we tried, Pork Vindaloo, Veg Xacuti, Prawns Cefreal, Chonak fish and premium Port Wine. Breakfast quality and widespread is worth mentioning.
