"I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar."

"A decent boutique hotel with restaurant attached. It requires own transport due location is bit out from town. Personally find the bathroom size small. Mattress is firm enough because it doesn't cause me backache the next day..lol overall is good."

AAlex YeckHotel is really showing its age. But location is unbeatable and it has a picturesque view of the south china sea. Room was comfortable and spacious, air-con was cold, and parking was secure and adequate. We had a good stay and will not hesitate to book again

IImelda ChanWe requested a non-smoking room, but when we arrived, the room had a strong smell of smoke, so we requested to change the room. Thankfully, they allowed us to. Anyway, room 801 was quite noisy due to what I believe was the sound of the lift.
Overall, it was an excellent stay. I will definitely come back again.
