"I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side."

"The hotel has a retro style, the rooms are large enough and the layout is reasonable. The hotel is located at a crossroads, which is very convenient and very close to the relatives' home we are going to visit, which is why we chose this hotel. "This hotel has really let it self down. Last time I stayed. It was wonderful but this time I felt like the reception staff. All the staff was so rude not even friendly. He didn’t smile. What would helpful. I felt like I was in the way the apartments are rundown bit dirty. This overall didn’t like it at all probably won’t go back."

"This was the best hotel I stayed at in Australia. There is a large park and many Chinese restaurants nearby. Korean restaurants are also easy to find. It was good to cook because there was a kitchen, various cooking utensils, spoons and forks, and a dishwasher. It was also good to have a balcony. Housekeeping was not provided during the 4 nights I stayed at the hotel, but I think the room was quite spacious for the price, which was a big plus. But why do you smoke in a hotel? I don't think it's a problem with the hotel itself, but there were often times when the hallway smelled quite strong. When I checked in at the hotel counter, they emphasized that it was no-smoking, but who on earth would smoke... Please don't smoke in a hotel. Oh, and I took a picture of the church nearby because it was pretty."

"Location is a little far from CBD, but quite straightforward and easy to locate. Less than 10mins walk from box hill station. Not sure if the hotel provides toothbrush/toothpaste as it's not in th room. No slippers are provided hence Asians might find it a little uncomfortable as it is for me. There's no cooking oil or any condiments provided as well. Bed and pillow are too soft for my liking. Overall a good stay but will not come back again as it's inconvenient for me."
