Such a lovely hotel with beautiful high-quality decor and furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the environment peaceful for a good night's sleep. Will definitely come back again.

the room was filthy, bathroom full of mold which made it unsanitary. Hotel is run down and not maintained properly. Frankly speaking the worst room my wife and I had experienced in over 30 years of travel...
Have pictures taken in the bathroom which I intend to send to the management of the hotel.

This hotel is of very good quality for the price. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was first class and the restaurant food and wine was high quality and of a reasonable price. The hotel generally was a pleasant place to be and the staff were courteous.
Unfortunately these positives were negated by what we would describe as a total lack of consideration for our comfort and well being on new years eve. Having eaten in the restaurant the first two nights of our three night stay, we were left agast at discovering the restaurant closed new years eve. No attempt had been made to make us aware of this. Because every other local food outlet was either closed or fully booked,
we did not get to eat that evening
Had we been made aware of the withdrawal of this service that was advertised as available when we booked, we would as reasonable people have made alternative plans by probably eating lunchtime.
This was not how we expected to celebrate the end of 2022

Very nice hotel, I believe it was 4 stars in the 90s, has all the comfort you need, it's well maintained, the restaurant is awesome! I will be back!

I actually stayed Sunday to Friday for the tile exhibition and it gave everything needed
The wifi was good, nice shower over a deep bath, air conditioning easy to use and good
Many channels on tv and able to turn some of them to english speaking
Restaurant for dinner was okay and although limited menu it gets changed every night, good breakfast too tosay i was in Italy as bacon and scrambled eggs every morning
Overall was a good hotelwith nice but old and somwhat tired rooms
