Very well equipped apar**ent, closed to the cite du vin.
Located closed to the center, few stops with the bus, in a nice area. Service and lobby were basics.

Good evening. Even if the place is pleasant; It should be noted that it is very difficult to park, the work on rue de Gironde is not helping matters in terms of traffic. Small complaints: strong odors from pipes in the room throughout our stay, the breakfast tables were not cleaned when we went to the restaurant. Finally to close this chapter, our room card had not been scheduled for our second night. We had to call on-call and wait for the technician to arrive to resolve the situation after 30-45 minutes of waiting. For your information and when we arrived on the first day, your colleagues were discussing and worrying about the fact that the Appart Hôtel had an occupancy rate of only 40%...that may explain it.
