"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in September. It's a lovely, cozy, and beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice with new furniture, and everything is very clean. Our room had a balcony with a view of the tourist area and cafes. If you're sensitive to noise, the music from the cafes plays until 1 AM, but it didn't bother us; in fact, we quite enjoyed it. You can sit on the balcony with coffee or wine and enjoy the pleasant views. The sulfur baths are nearby, but we didn't smell any hydrogen sulfide. The room was a good size with a large bed, an armchair with a small table, and a TV with Russian channels. There was also a kettle and a refrigerator. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. There's a safe, and slippers were provided, but no bathrobes for some reason. The bathroom had good plumbing and all the necessary amenities. Room cleaning wasn't daily, but tea, coffee, water, towels, and toilet paper were replenished. The hotel has a lift. All the administrators speak Russian and are very helpful with any questions. There's a good restaurant next to the hotel that offers a 20% discount for hotel guests, and a 10% discount for the nearby sulfur baths. Breakfast was served from 8 AM to 11 AM, and we never went hungry. However, it's nowhere near a Turkish breakfast standard. When we came at 10 AM, we ate what was left. So we started coming at 8 AM. Fruits (watermelon and melon) were put out starting at 9 AM. At 8 AM, there might be only 8 syrniki and 5 pancakes – yes, only 5! I don't want to describe it further. My dissatisfaction with breakfast was more about the attitude towards guests than the food itself. It feels strange when at 8 AM, only 2 syrniki and 2 pancakes are left for the next guests after you. It makes you feel like you've eaten everything. :) The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Old Tbilisi. It's perfectly safe to walk around in the evenings. The houses and baths are beautifully lit, and there's music and tourists until late. We highly recommend this hotel and don't regret staying here. Thank you for the warm welcome."

"Honestly, everything about this hotel was spot on. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and yet it still felt peaceful and private. Mornings were a treat with their delicious breakfast buffet and perfectly brewed black coffee. The room was just what I needed — comfortable, quiet, and spotless. "This hotel is located by the river and boasts a beautiful interior, excellent facilities, and stunning views. From the room windows, you can overlook most of the city. It's incredibly convenient to go downstairs for meals or to visit attractions. Transportation is also very accessible; a bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can pay with a credit card to get to the airport – cheap and convenient."
