Nagoya Hotels with Breakfast

The staffs are very friendly. We went there quite early and our room not yet ready. The staff offer us to store our bags with them so that we no need to carry so heavy around. By the time we come back i realise the card for deposit bags had lost.The staff is so kind ask the type of our bag and even show us the pic of our bags to confirm before passing to us. The room is not very big but just nice for two of us to stay. wif connection is good.There is a pleasant nice smell in the lobby or even in the room. The only part is the toiletries for bath and shampoo is 3 in 1 which me myself personally dont really used to it. The buffet food ok sitting area not big enough if all come in at the same time. The surrounding area got massages,salon and chinese/hala food credit to the points which no need to go so far from the hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Liked the switches, really intuitive. Sockets were international so that was great. The swimming pool was nice and clean and there was a sauna too! The staff were really friendly, from the doormen to the breakfast crew to the lady at the gym/pool area. I really hope to stay here again in the future. It's also near everything at Nagoya hill, there's a major mall right beside, laundry services nearby, etc. There's a direct link from the hotel to the mall, I only figured that out on my last day sadly. So if anyone wants to know, the mall is right behind the hotel and you can exit from the back of the hotel. Pictures wise, I only put these few as the other things are in video 😅

I stayed there for two days and met a group of golfers the breakfast 🥞🍳 items needs to be improved and cut the waiting for check in guest . The Aircon was very good and cold

Nagoya Hill Hotel Batam is a convenient, comfortable place to stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to shopping and food. The location is excellent for both leisure and business travelers. Breakfast is decent, and the overall service makes the hotel a practical and enjoyable choice in Batam.

Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging. Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic. While the hotel does show its age in places, the price was reasonable, making it excellent value for money. 👍
