Nagoya Hotels with Breakfast

Very friendly & warm service from this hotel all staff, we felt very pleasant & have a wonderful time during our stay 3days. They give us free hightea & free pastries during our stay and it’s delicious. The buffet breakfast have many variety of choices & very delicious (a must try) location is fantastic as next block is Grand Batam Mall, many restaurant & shop just 5min walking distance. Also many good massage center nearby. By grab go Nagoya hill mall or love seafood & etc .. all within few minute reach. We Will definitely stay again when we back Batam 🤠

Got early check in after submitting two new emails to be registered for Ascott rewards. Assigned to 807 and sighted a few drain flies upon entering, small issue compared to what we faced later. Spotted 2 plaster bagworms, and toilet bowl had bugs surfacing repeatedly despite lid being down. Photos for both attached. Gave feedback to front desk and waited for duty manager to arrive (started waiting from 5.22pm), then went back to room while DM prepared a new room. Waited for about 25 mins and we decided to head to the lobby with our luggage as nothing was happening. We were offered the suite at 808 but tried to explain before entering 808 that the corridor was infested with the insects, he shrugged (prolly language barrier here). 808 had the same issue and the DM initially tried to explain it was not a bug and we had to show him photos on google, and also spotted a bagworm with the worm (photo for second room attached) inside on our way out. We told the DM we did not want an upgraded room, and just wanted a clean room that had no insects. Next room we were offered was 1305 which thankfully had no bugs and smelled a lot fresher. It was 6.07pm when we put our bags down and had to wait “5 mins” for keys to be delivered. Nothing happened after 20 mins and we had a dinner reservation to head to, called front desk and they sent the security guard up to hand us the room keys, not sure this is correct protocol? Around midnight we could hear the tv from next door, luckily front desk sent someone up within minutes. This was more an unlucky experience with inconsiderate guests next door, but soundproofing could be improved as we could hear their doorbell loud and clear when front desk came up to check the situation. Anyway we checked out a day earlier as we didn’t feel comfortable and well-rested.

Nagoya Hill Hotel Batam is a convenient, comfortable place to stay with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to shopping and food. Clean and modern boutique hotel near to Nagoya mall and many eateries. Very comfortable beds and friendly English speaking staffs at reception. A good spread of international breakfast buffet with local delights as well. The purplish tangy cooling welcome drink at reception was refreshing . They have a guard that scan the taxi that comes in, an extra safety I don’t see other older hotels have. It’s nice to know strict safety measures implemented here . Hotel room is clean and cosy, not big but nice and cosy. They have conllimentary tea/coffee in room , hair dryer, amenities, slippers and safe deposit . Hotel has a spa and salon. For the entertainment , it seems every Saturday they have an eat all you can dinner with live entertainment during this soft launch period which helps solve my worries of what to entertain me at night. A pretty small hotel that even has a dessert cafe. Pretty desserts to my liking as i am a picky dessert person. They have a sauna too but I have yet to try it as I’m occupied with visiting other areas around. If you like to have a massage at the hotel spa, suggest having massues go up your hotel room instead , as the spa seems to be short-staff and my therapist had to excuse herself to answer to random interrupted walk in guests queries, this is a minus. Other than this, all is a plus. Staff at reception and bell boy and cleaning staff were friendly polite and quick to serve . Overall experience was very good! 👍

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which was quite good with a wide variety of choices available each morning. However, the room was a bit small and cleanliness could be improved, as it did not feel as clean as expected. Despite these drawbacks, the good location and decent breakfast selection helped make the stay enjoyable.

The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging. Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

Great experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!
