Amazing
WWLawVery friendly & warm service from this hotel all staff, we felt very pleasant & have a wonderful time during our stay 3days. They give us free hightea & free pastries during our stay and it’s delicious.
The buffet breakfast have many variety of choices & very delicious (a must try)
location is fantastic as next block is Grand Batam Mall, many restaurant & shop just 5min walking distance. Also many good massage center nearby.
By grab go Nagoya hill mall or love seafood & etc .. all within few minute reach.
We Will definitely stay again when we back Batam 🤠

AAnonymous UserGreat couple stay experience at Artotel Batam! The hotel features trendy artistic decor, clean and well-maintained rooms with spacious washrooms. Its prime location lets us access shopping malls and lots of authentic local food easily, we sampled various fresh seafood and local cuisines during our trip. 💛Service staff are friendly and attentive, the room amenities are complete with free minibar supplies. The environment is calm and suitable for couples to unwind after exploring Batam. Excellent value for money, we are satisfied with the whole accommodation experience and would love to revisit.🍀❤️🔥🌟

GGuest UserAfter a friendly & fast registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet which was fine since we were an hour early. Decided to have coffee at the hotel's coffeehouse while we waited. About 15 minutes later the very nice front desk officer (didn't take down his name, sorry!) actually came over to our table with our room key to let us know our room was ready.
Our room was a smoking room on the 17th floor. It was a very decent sized room with a comfortable extra sized king bed & large tv screen. Fridge & aircon was cold, bathrobes & slippers provided. Loved that each side of the bed had power outlets. The bathroom mirror has backlit lights that are controlled with a touch button on the mirror itself. Water pressure & water temperature control were great. The shower stall was big, which I appreciate.
I have to make a special mention about breakfast. Halfway through our meal, we saw some of the staff standing by the wall. They stood evenly spaced out all through the restaurant. I thought, hmm, maybe a vip is coming. Music came on, so then i thought somebody's birthday? My jaw dropped a bit when they started dancing haha. I've gone to dinners that came with a show but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast show. Bravo though to all the staff for being so sporting!! Not sure if breakfast needed a show but it was certainly very entertaining lol. Food was good, amazing spread with lots of variety. Seating was spaced out so it didn't feel cramped. Lovely decor & quick on the plate clearing.
All in all, this was a very good stay. My first time at a harris property & definitely won't be my last.

AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I've ever been to. Liked the switches, really intuitive. Sockets were international so that was great. The swimming pool was nice and clean and there was a sauna too! The staff were really friendly, from the doormen to the breakfast crew to the lady at the gym/pool area. I really hope to stay here again in the future.
It's also near everything at Nagoya hill, there's a major mall right beside, laundry services nearby, etc. There's a direct link from the hotel to the mall, I only figured that out on my last day sadly.
So if anyone wants to know, the mall is right behind the hotel and you can exit from the back of the hotel.

JJasonnXGood stay overall. Ando Hotel is very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage.
The room was comfortable, but there was no hairdryer or fridge, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Cleanliness can also be improved, as there was dust on the toilet door.
Overall, good location and service, but basic amenities and housekeeping could be better.

Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here.
I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet.

MMei Sin Maxine TengI spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there.
But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy?
The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.”
Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile.
Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

༃༃྅nuo༉xi༊Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

AAnnieECFGreat experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!
