My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. This is a relatively new and luxurious hotel in Nairobi. Security is very strict, with security personnel questioning guests at the entrance, dogs checking for explosives, and even armed security personnel checking bags in the lobby. However, there's no need to worry about security; it's purely a government requirement. The staff at the hotel are very nice, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any questions. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including table tennis, darts, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and excellent coffee. The hotel's location isn't very central, so there are no restaurants nearby. You can either dine at the hotel or take an Uber to the nearby village market, which offers both food and shopping. It's very convenient.

While waitstaff were friendly, you often struggled to locate them if you needed assistance after your food was initially served.Food Temperature: Although the food was delicious, some dishes were served cold, which slightly impacted the dining experience.

I am quite satisfied with the overall facilities of the hotel, but the body odor of the cleaner (male) is so strong that I can still smell the odor on my body after cleaning my room. No one came to clean the room from the first day to the second day.

Facilities: The facilities are decent, not brand new, but well-maintained, and there's plenty of space to stroll around. Service: The service is excellent. Every staff member is very friendly and greets each guest with a cheerful attitude every day. The breakfast is French-style, mostly cold dishes. Environment: The environment is beautiful; the bougainvillea and other trees near the entrance are lovely.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

I had a great stay here, the rooms have a good size, On some pictures the look smaller than they are in reality. Everything is clean, the internet is good and the breakfast and overall foods of the restaurant are great.

The environment is very good, if only some wild animals are raised. Breakfast is good, set breakfast and dinner, barbecue for one night to watch the show, European dinner for one night. Both are pretty good. At noon, it will be resolved next to the shopping mall. Not too many guests, suitable for vacation.
