5-Star Hotels in Nairobi

Very comfortable hotel to live in. The security check in the store is very strict and safe. The front desk service is warm and meticulous. There are more breakfast styles. The dinner price is OK and tastes good.

Situated in a busy location, amenities and nice restaurant near by. On our check out we were asked to pay additional $ as the exchange rate changed from the moment we pay our room cost during checked in, so we ended up having to spend time to understand why the hotel would charge customer an amount in USD upon check in, and charge customer again if the exchange rate changed at the end of our stay, when I asked would they refund money to customers if the exchange rate changed favourable to the customer, they couldn't answer. Be aware on their overcharge policy and they disguise the charge with while refunding the deposit.

It is a very well maintained Hotel. The service and facilities are excellent. 

This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me. The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Its proximity to the exhibition center was incredibly convenient and saved a lot of time. I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip. Overall, the atmosphere and management made for a very relaxing stay.

This was my first business trip to Africa, and I was really impressed by the hotel's security. The service was excellent, the breakfast spread was great, and there wasn't a single mosquito. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Africa.

I am quite satisfied with the overall facilities of the hotel, but the body odor of the cleaner (male) is so strong that I can still smell the odor on my body after cleaning my room. No one came to clean the room from the first day to the second day.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Cheerful & supportive staff. Very secured facility. Spa service & team is perfect. Cons: slightly out-dated facilities Also restaurant food is average. My openion: Low value for money.

I stayed here because it near my client's office. There is a pool and bar on the 10th floor. The breakfast on the 1st floor is so-so. Their gym on the 3rd floor is very well equipped. Room can be cold during this time as there is no heater.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nairobi, specifically in Room 308, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was good, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I felt like a million dollars staying in this amazing room. The service was good from start to finish— good security, staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Housekeeping did a great job, and the attention to detail really stood out. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again near Westgate shopping centre. Highly recommend.
