Great location, close enough to everything but still in a calm location, surroundings are green. Very nice room. We had some hair in the bathroom hence 4*s on cleanliness but everything else was great. Very kind staff! More of a business hotel vibe.

Great location by the Rhine River with close proximity to the Chocolate Museum. Walking to the Dom doesn't take too long and the views along the walk was great. Hotel was normal and neat. Price is acceptable, which is why I might recommend to others if anyone go to Koln̈.

Nice hotel, with all the basics you need for a short trip. Next to a main road but good noise isolation. Bed is comfortable and room is clean and modern

Nice hotel with clean room only is the location a bit far to the town if walk n no underground nearby
The hotel staff is polite with full help when I need to print out my boarding pass
The lobby got free drinks and snacks during my check in after the long wall from town

Was there for a business trip. Hotel was nice, big room and nice toilets. There's a desk and some chairs but the TV is too small for the distance from the bed. A lot of varieties for breakfast.
There's parking under the hotel for EUR20 per night which you can pay when you checked out. But the spaces are small and limited.

The room was clean and spacious. It was very comfortable. The view was not really great but the location was in the center and staff was very friendly. We had a nice time.

The room was excellent and the overall service was also very good. The leisure facilities were small but very good and the sauna was excellent.
I had food one night which was unfortunately cold but how the staff dealt with it was excellent and they turned a negative experience into a positive.
All in all, excellent and I would certainly book again.
