Great location near the center. Very spacious family room and pretty baby bed. Smal but good and tasty breakfast spread. Good size swimming pool for swimming a few laps. Only down side is the water pression in the shower is not very strong.

The hotel is reasonably priced in Luang Prabang. I forgot that the prices of hotels have increased recently. The price of US$90 at the front desk is a bit high. The hotel is currently under renovation and the overall environment is not very good.

The location of the hotel is hard to find. It is on a street about two kilometers away from the night market. The overall environment style is obvious. It is a privately renovated B&B. I was given a room on the first floor with a sliding door directly facing the road outside the hotel gate. To be honest, I stayed there at night. I’m not very reassured. After all, the security in Laos cannot be compared with that in China. The only advantage is that there are free battery cars that deliver to the night market.

The hotel is new with a good and elegant distribution. A little far from the historic center. Breakfast has the western option. The pool is good although a little wedged between walls, without many views.

It was a very unhappy stay at the hotel. The hotel was okay initially, but when I checked out, I hurried to leave because there is no custom of refunding the deposit in China. When I returned home, I found the deposit slip, which made me think that the deposit was not refunded. I contacted the front desk by email and said that the deposit was not refundable. I was sure I had refunded, but I forgot to collect the deposit slip. How could that be possible? I asked about the video and was told that it would only be saved for seven days, which happened to be seven days later. unacceptable

Check-in is fast, the front desk works quickly and doesn't talk much, the breakfast is average, and there are very few choices. The room is quite old, but with a balcony, you can see the central garden of the hotel. The view is not bad. There will be a rooster crowing at 7 o'clock in the morning, no need for an alarm clock to wake you up. The most unacceptable thing is the strange design of the toilet. The bathtub is triangular and super high. It is very inconvenient to stand on it to take a shower. There is no shower curtain, and the shower is open, and the water splashes everywhere, causing the entire floor of the toilet to be soaked. The washbasin drained very slowly. In short, it can't be seen that it is a four-star hotel, and the 2-star hotel is almost the same.

The Sada was a good choice and has a great pool and tranquil court yard. The electric shuttle was very enjoyable and was available on demand. The restaurant was a little disappointing with the fish being cold and the squid slightly over cooked. It was also odd that there was no wine list available.

Personal poco servicial y apenas habla inglés . The staff wasn’t friendly and barely spoke english. You don’t get a second key card unless you leave a deposit. Don’t you dare to lose the card or the only one who will be lost is you! They have no ice and if you order it they will charge it to your room! They have no normal soda drinks like Coke or tonic water. No coffee , no tea , only during breakfast time. The reception is being built ( dust everywhere) The hotel is far from the down town. The area is not that nice. Far too expensive for the quality they offer. No shower curtain or division , no space to leave ypur beauty case.

Sada Hotel was beautiful! The staff was welcoming and very happy to see us although their Engish was limited. They walked us into a courtyard past the coy pond and up a flight of stairs to our suite. Our entrance overlooked the big swimming pool. We opened the door to an expansive room with beautiful old furniture, a gorgeous wooden floor, and a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. One window was actually a door to the balcony which overlooked the courtyard and coy pond and ran the length of our room. It had two chairs and a table. In the room was a large bed that was very comfortable. There was a good deal of storage in the furniture. The furniture included a desk and chair and a table set for dinner with two chairs. There were also two casual chairs and a coffee table where we watched TV until we realized there was little in English. The staff put fruit on the coffee table daily. In the armoire were two robes. The bathroom included a shower, a soaking tub and a sink. Breakfast was included and was served in a beautiful dining rom on the first floor. The pool was warm and clean and empty of guests when we were there. About a mile away is a night market which includes a large eating space with numerous food vendors and many food choices. It is walkable if you can walk about a mile in the heat, but tuk-tuks are easily found and very inexpensive. Have Lao money in small amounts to pay. A tuk-tuk to the night market was about $3.00 or as much as $5.00 when they picked us up in the pouring rain. Sada was peaceful and relaxing and the price was very reasonable.
