Five minutes walk from base camp, one of Hakuba's core bus stops. If you go to Wuxi 47, it will be more convenient. Besides the room. It is very large and has its own separate toilet (including bathroom), which is not available in many Japanese-style hotels. The only shortcoming of the room was the two of us, but there were only two single beds and no large bed. A new family room was given to us when I checked in. I stayed for 3 nights and ate 5 apples. It was very sweet."

Check-in instructions were unclear, leaving us to search for our villa in the cold. There were no manuals for the heater, boiler, or washer, and the boiler kept turning off unexpectedly. The concierge was attentive, but these issues dampened the experience. These manuals / improvements / attention to detail should be easy fixes for the management company, but a major oversight for a company that prides itself on hospitality."

"Every summer, my friends and I stay at a rental villa in Hakuba. There have been years we couldn't make it, but this tradition has been going on for decades. For about the past ten years, we've been trying different accommodations each year, but this time, it's our second consecutive stay at this particular place, just like last year. Since the facility is new, the equipment is naturally clean and very easy to use. What I find most impressive about this place is the facility management, including the cleaning. The setup is meticulous, almost on par with a hotel. Even the bathrooms are spotless, with no water stains whatsoever. The room rate isn't cheaper than other guesthouses. The only advantage is its location, being close to the station."
