Everything is not good especially on their facilities and service. SMH.

CLEAN AND OK..ENVIROMENT NIVE.. BREAKFAST ALREADY DELECIOUS

The place is nice, however the staff are very rude. Didn’t feel welcomed and had some unpleasant treatment amidst my stay there. The pool area is breath taking, very great atmosphere & the view is amazing. The rooms are just basic nothing wow about them.

The staff were very friendly and the room condition was good. The rooftop pool is heated so it's great for kids to play in. The location is also very convenient for moving around.

The reception area is a bit like that, but everything else is perfect.

Generally a bad experience. The air conditioner is not powerful. The slippers and bed sheets are dirty and full of sand. When I asked the front desk staff about the shuttle bus, they first said no, and then said I had to book it the next day. There is also a bit of discrimination against foreigners. Koreans live on good floors, but I booked a deluxe twin room on the 9th floor. Alas

It was a rainy day so I could hardly go sightseeing and stayed at the hotel, but the children were delighted because the rooftop pool was open. The staff was also kind and I was able to spend comfortably.
