El hotel está bien ubicado pero nada más. Personal displicente y poco amable. Instalaciones en mal estado, un día no tuvimos agua caliente y ni siquiera ofrecieron una disculpa. Desayuno muy pobre con productos de regular calidad. Habitaciones con poca aislación de ruido y sensación de poca privacidad. Me llamó la atención que no había shampoo y el jabón que tenían era de muy baja calidad. El aparato de la ducha teléfono era muy corto y no se podía colgar para tomar un baño. Creo que considerando lo que cobran la relación precio calidad de este hotel no justifica elegirlo.

En general, bien. El personal muy amable. El desayuno era poco abundante (sólo dos rebanadas de pan de molde). El tabique entre la pieza y otra permitía oír el rumor de la conversación de los pasajeros de la otra pieza.

Bien ubicado, nos tocó cuarto piso recién renovado sin ascensor. El personal muy amable. Nos cambiaron rápidamente una cama que hacía ruido. El desayuno básico pero cuando comenté que no me gustaba empezaron a incluir huevos revueltos. Un día se cortó el agua caliente y la cerradura digital también falló un par de veces. Ninguna posibilidad de late checkout aunque nos dejaron usar el baño de la recepción. En general buena experiencia.

Hotel péssimo quarto horrível banho detestável tudo ruim demais café da manhã no quarto e nem pode chamar de café enfim não fiquem neste hotel se que é que se Pode chamar de Hotel nem preciso falar mais se tudo nele e terrível sem elevador e muito feio

Es un hitel muy bonito , pero tiene muchos detalles que se deberian mejorar, sobre todo por lo que se cobra.
Es muy limpio.
No tiene nada para servirse, lo que es complicado cuando se llega a un lugar como bahia inglesa que todo cierra despues de una hora.
