"First of all, there are two transportation methods that connect this hotel from downtown Florence: train and bus no. 2. After the sun went down, bus no. 2 didn't arrive even after an hour of the scheduled arrival time, as if the driver had been hospitalized due to an accident. The train was better, but expensive. And there was a minor annoyance that there was no internet in the accommodation after everyone left."

"Other than that, the environment is OK, the hygiene is good in Europe, I have never stayed in a dirty hotel, no. It costs 700, 800 or 900 a day, so I am embarrassed to say it is dirty. But it is very difficult to get a taxi in this location, it is not close to the station, the first time in my life, the meter jumped and my heart almost stopped, it showed 17 kilometers, my mother, it was 40 euros to the door, the driver pressed 60 euros, and told me that the return fee should also be added, so it looks cheaper on the surface, but in fact, the round-trip taxi fee of 120 euros is close to 1,000 RMB, that is close to 2,000 yuan, don't bother, just live near the station. It is expensive to take a taxi in Europe"

"Beautiful hotel, nice location. Interesting but small room with direct access to the terrace. Beautiful restaurant. The pool didn’t work. Minuses - AC didn’t work, it was hot in the room and we had to open windows, but turned out there are lots of mosquitoes that bite in the night. No mosquito net on the windows. Upon checking out personnel told us there are repellents at the reception available, but that didn’t help. Usually hotels with this kind of problem had fumigators in the room.
Problem with towels - on first day there were all towels no robes, on the second day no big towels but one robe for two."

"CLEANING acceptable but not super. Entering the room (number 126) I immediately noticed a strong smell of closed and then I opened the window to ventilate the room. The signs of wear were very evident, on the furniture and on the floors. I immediately removed the quilted bedspread and placed it on the second bed that I didn't use. Closing the windows, despite being on the first floor, I did not hear the noise from the street and fortunately I did not have noisy neighbors. There were some affordable drinks in the minibar. BREAKFAST was basic for a 4 star. Salty: 3 types of cold cuts, scrambled eggs, frankfurters, salad and tomatoes. Dessert: two types of cakes, brioches, rusks, yogurt, honey, jams, fruit. COURTESY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF."

"The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, more suitable for a 3 star. The room is quite good but there is a lift (not 4 star), corridor floor with noticeable stains on the 7th floor. Good breakfast. Convenient location only if you are on the motorway.."
