We were very well received, we arrived earlier than check in and we were offered to pay half a night and come in and even enjoy the breakfast, which by the way is very tasty and with variety. Great location everything perfect

Hotel with value not consistent with services. Hot air did not work, reception staff with an air of disregard and irony, shower with regulation problems, poor quality TV, crowded hotel with only 1 elevator working at breakfast time, breakfast with a lot of variety but with poor quality, and the worst, very torn pillowcase.

As instalações são regular, necessitando de reformas, inclusive nos elevadores, que não atende as necessidades do hotel, obrigando os hóspides a utilizarem as escadas. O café da manhã é bom.

Roupas de cama rasgadas e ar condicionado muito antigo e barulhento. Quando faço reserva direto no hotel , fico em quartos com ar condicionado novo e melhor localizado.

Excelente hotel, muito bem organizado e um perfeito atendimento. Fui super bem até atendido por todos. Tem um ótimo café da manhã .
Uma única coisa me incomodou: a entrada do hotel é as 14hrs e a saída as 11hrs. Porém descobri que todos os hotéis da região usa esse procedimento.
