If you‘re traveling with the late night plan, it’s not a very good choice cause you‘re still need to take a taxi to the hotel and the and the reception is very dark. I can say it‘s a little bit like not so if it was the price.

Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

The environment is rarely worth a visit. The owner is very enthusiastic. He also prepares wine and bonbons. The room also faces the sea. I will go again next time I go to Mallorca. Very good.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

MmaomaotingIt's very close to the airport. It only takes two stops on the Airport Express A2 and you can get there within ten minutes on foot. The room has a sea view, but it is limited. The courtyard is beautiful, especially at night. The hotel has a gym, indoor swimming pool (but it is very small, with only two lanes and a lot of impurities in the water), restaurants, bars, and SPA, so you can fully enjoy the leisurely vacation. It's also very close to the beach. Just stroll there and you'll find many restaurants to choose from, as well as various bars, surf shops, etc. It is recommended for vacationers to choose this adult-only hotel, which will save them a lot of troubles.

AAlessandroHotel was in a decent location, easy to get to from the airport, for anyone enquiring I'd suggest getting the bus (taxi was excessively expensive), the reason I'd say the service was average was due to them making me go up to my room twice seeing as the card key wasn't working, in the end they called their technician who changed the the battery on the door lock.. For me at that point being tired and grouchy I didn't think the service was great. But overall can't complain, room was decent, all very clean etc. Would like to revisit on another occasion for a longer stay:)

The air conditioning in the room is as long as the balcony door is open. Will stop the drop by yourself. The hotel was originally early, and because of the change of the hotel, we were given dinner. So our daily breakfast and dinner were eaten in the hotel. The dinner dishes are changed every day, and the aunt who closes is particularly diligent. Beverages are charged as usual. The hotel is very close to the airport. Take the bus to the door of the city of Parma. Very convenient. The beach at the door is nice. In the evening, the sun goes down to dig and dig the sand. EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

EEvelyne2nd stay in this hotel for us; the first time in 2021.
The hotel is located close to the beach and the long promenade which runs along the beach is very lively, and very pleasant for strolling: restaurants, small supermarkets, numerous clothing and beach goods stores.
The breakfast is excellent and very varied; we really enjoyed it this time again. (we had taken the PD formula only but we noticed that the dinner was also very varied, we had tested it the previous time)
The staff is very helpful and attentive.
The bathroom had a bathtub, and 2 sachets of shower gel were provided each day (+ 2 soaps), hair dryer in the bathroom.
The bedroom is large enough, equipped with a wardrobe.
The only downside for us was that ours was located on the fairly busy road side, but nevertheless bearable.

However, the waiting time for the check-in process is too long, and it took an hour and a half to arrange it. It may be due to insufficient personnel. I hope it can be improved
