The staff was Extremely friendly and helpful, always eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The seafront location is simply spectacular, with panoramic views that take your breath away. Additionally, the food in the hotel restaurant is exquisite, with a variety of delicious dishes to satisfy all tastes. We will definitely return on our next trip to Palma de Mallorca. I highly recommend Hotel Las Arenas to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience on this beautiful island!”"

"Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options."

YYITINGA better hotel for half a month, clean and hygienic ~
Close to the airport, good English at the front desk, and the bus is actually very convenient ~
It would be better to book a room with full sea view ... Breakfast is a bit average ...

Overall, it is a perfect hotel, the bus is too inconvenient, 200 meters downstairs, 50 meters from the beach, the scenery is pleasant, I will stay here next time.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Near the seaside the location is very well.
The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them.
Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea.
Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices.
The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones.
But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful.
It’s really worth it to stay here.

Friendly staff, great service, roof terrace with a great view all the way to Palma.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you'll be greeted by an incredibly pleasant scent in the lobby.
Rooms, bathrooms and beds very clean.
Great location! 1 minute to the beach and the center.
Airport bus stops 3 minutes' walk from the hotel.
Taxi is also worth it as it's similar in price to the bus.
Shopping, supermarkets, everything nearby!
We were very satisfied and would love to come back. ☀️☀️☀️

SSamI love this hotel. You can travel to Palma centre by bus within 15 minutes. Also, you enjoy the beach view every day from your room. The hotel restaurant provides food of incredibly high quality. The room and toilet are clean and nice.

The room was very clean and everything was perfect. What surprised me was that they said there was no breakfast. They didn't want to give us breakfast. They were also very rude. And the funny thing is that when we left, they were the friendliest people in the whole world.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is good. The bus station and the beach are just outside the hotel. The room is clean and hygienic, with a balcony. However, the waiting time for the check-in process is too long, and it took an hour and a half to arrange it. It may be due to insufficient personnel. I hope it can be improved
