It is a good resort for families.

The service was terrible.
There were hardly any Asians.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The location is right in front of the bus stop, so you can easily go downtown.
You will need to arrange a shuttle bus or taxi from the airport.

Loved our stay here! Step out of the gorgeous pools and you’re right on the beach, which is well taken care of, also an abundance of amazing dining options (great quality food too) and the staff are so friendly and hardworking! The thing I didn’t appreciate was when they wanted us to attend a ‘presentation’ about the possibility of becoming members, we were told it would take 90 minutes but it was almost 3 hours which was frustrating because we were limited on time as we only had a short stay vacation. Also our personal concierge Nacho, after he welcomed us we didn’t see him again lol. He didn’t respond to messages, got our reservation times wrong and also said we were booked for the Michael Jackson show which wasn’t true, we checked and we weren’t even on the waiting list. This was super disappointing as it was the one show we were looking forward to, but we spoke to another helpful staff member who suggested waiting to see if there were any no-shows, and we got lucky after a 30 min wait! Very appreciative to the staff at the grand salon for this. Other than these minor blips it was an outstanding vacation!

The property was very nice. All the staff were happy to help with any questions we had. Some of the things seemed out dated but not terribly. The pool tables were just okay but we had a great time!

The concierge service was the best. Jose, Luis in particular was a godsend. I highly recommend using it and if you can ask for him specifically he was the best. Super helpful booked all of our restaurant reservations whatever we needed. He was just a text message away.
