The hotel is scary to go with family, first we went because they suggest it at the airport exit (when you don't know one) because it is easy to fall, we arrived and the reception showed us the room and they handled three costs, the pool is unusable and the room Horrible, super austere and with a strange smell, I do not recommend, especially if you go with family.

No elevator (and it has 4 floors), dirty pool with mold and green water, which does not make you enter it for fear of getting sick, the rooms need repair because of how neglected they are, old and torn towels and the worst thing 😰 They turn off the only one small air conditioning unit that the room has as soon as you leave and you find the room like an oven when you return!! I needed to stay at this hotel after an unforeseen travel incident that made me desperately look for accommodation during a difficult time in Cancún! The hotel is old, the room smells musty and does not offer breakfast! Coffee and water are offered at reception throughout the day! The daily cleaning of the room is good, but the pool has a dirty appearance that didn't give me the courage to go in! As positive points I can mention the availability of a minibar and microwave in the room, which makes food expenses easier and cheaper during the trip! There is a convenience store (OXXO) very close by and it is an 8-minute walk from Parque Las Palapas! I would not stay at this hotel again due to the aspects mentioned above! There are better options in Downtown Cancún!
